城市公交车火灾事件案例相似度匹配研究

【摘要】：为快速处置和预防公交车火灾事件,针对公交车火灾事件案例的特点,确定事件统计指标体系,构建一个包含110起公交车火灾事件案例库,通过分析相似案例提出相关建议。结合信息量权数法与文本相似度计算方法,建立案例相似度匹配模型。通过案例匹配找到案例库中与目标案例相似的历史案例。匹配结果表明,检索出的历史案例与目标案例基本信息相似,可以作为相似案例进行研究。通过对比3起人为事故案例的异同点,总结出人为公交车火灾事件的处置方法和预防措施为:快速联合救援、保证常态安保、加强车内疏散指示以及定期监管车身状况与消防工具的配置。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with and prevent bus fire events quickly, according to the characteristics of bus fire cases, the event statistical index system was established, and a database of 110 bus fire events was constructed. Through the analysis of similar cases to put forward the relevant recommendations, combined with the information weight method and text similarity calculation method. A case similarity matching model is established. Historical cases similar to target cases in the case base are found by case matching. The matching results show that the basic information of the retrieved historical cases is similar to that of the target cases. It can be studied as a similar case. By comparing the similarities and differences of three man-made accident cases, this paper summarizes the disposal methods and preventive measures of the man-made bus fire incident: rapid joint rescue to ensure normal security. Strengthen internal evacuation instructions and regular monitoring of body conditions and fire protection tools.
