【摘要】：公路建设工程具有的特点是工程复杂、影响因素多、投资大、质量要求高。任何一段公路的质量出现了问题,都会对整个项目造成巨大的影响。公路大修工程更是介于公路新改建工程和公路养护工程的一个过渡体,对公路大修工程质量控制更是整个公路大修工程管理的重中之重。本文通过对建设工程项目的基本理论研究及对公路大修工程项目的质量现状及原因分析,对其质量管理的任务、质量控制的依据、质量控制过程、施工质量的控制方法进行研究,并通过结合顺平南线公路大修工程项目的事前、事中、事后的控制,在质量管理的理论基础上验证研究了公路大修工程的质量控制问题。在公路大修施工过程结合项目实施时的实际问题,需要在施工前有具体的质量管理体系制度,明确划清质量管理责任主体。在施工过程中,重视原材料的源头管理控制,都要在施工中具体检测、具体控制。通对相应的过程控制关键点进行布控,具体分析过程的重要影响因素,积极地去预防可能发生的问题,采取具体措施排除不利因素。通过开展专项业绩考评、合同约束和劳动竞赛,加深管理理念,完善评价体系,促进工程质量管理优化。在施工后期,通过综合评价,完善质量控制的监督机制。将全面管理贯穿于整个工程的寿命期内。通过结合顺平南线大修公路工程的质量管理与控制研究,也为其他公路大修工程质量项目管理与控制提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of highway construction project are that the project is complex, the influence factors are many, the investment is large, the quality requirement is high, and the quality of any section of the highway has problems.
