高速公路改扩建路基加宽不均匀沉降的演化及规律研究

【摘要】:随着我国的经济腾飞,高速公路建设的规模与速度都处在一个相当快的发展阶段,在目前已处于运营阶段的的高速公路中,由于设计时对我国近些年飞速发展的交通状况估计不足,有相当大比例的高速公路是双向四车道。随着交通流量日渐增大,这些根据当时的预计交通流量所设计的高速公路已经明显无法满足目前的交通需求,然而在土地资源日益紧张的时代,在保留既有线路的同时,重新选线修筑新的高速公路并不是一个完美的方案,而对既有的高速公路进行加宽、改建、扩建成为了相对更合理的方案:高速公路改扩建所需占地情况相较新建高速公路节省了大量宝贵的土地资源;在改扩建工程中可以保持部分线路不断交施工,能够在维持现阶段的交通通过量的同时进行施工。沉降是高速公路地基处理及路基填筑质量检测的重要指标之一,沉降监测是最直观了解高速公路沉降情况的方式。改扩建工程中新老路基间不均匀的差异沉降量的大小直接关系到在工程完工通车后道路的使用是否能够达到要求,过大的沉降差会导致路面开裂,甚至路基失稳塌陷,所以对改扩建工程进行沉降监测工作以进行施工控制是非常必要的。本文针对加宽路基中地基固结程度不同产生的不均匀沉降与路基压缩程度不同产生的不均匀沉降机理分别进行了理论研究,根据工程情况对本项目改扩建工程新加宽路基的沉降控制标准做了一些有意义的研究。根据施工中实测所得数据与有限元模拟计算所得数据进行校核分析,从实际工程中对所选择的控制标准与控制方法进行验证。在得到不同工况不同施工时期的沉降数据后,可以通过数学的方法对沉降监测中所得到的实测数据进行相应的数据拟合,推算出未来一个时期内路基沉降量的变化趋势,通过拟合得到的曲线图预测出后期沉降变化,可以通过预测所得的结果对未来的施工采取相应合理的施工控制措施,以保证加宽路基的施工质量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the scale and speed of highway construction are in a rather rapid stage of development. Due to the lack of estimation of the traffic situation in recent years, a large proportion of freeways are two-way four-lane. As the traffic flow increases day by day, These highways, designed on the basis of the projected traffic flow at the time, are clearly unable to meet current traffic needs, but in an era of increasing land scarcity, while retaining existing lines, Rerouting to build new highways is not a perfect plan, but widening and reconstructing existing highways, The expansion has become a relatively more reasonable plan: the need for freeway reconstruction and extension saves a great deal of valuable land resources compared with the newly built expressway, and part of the lines can be maintained for continuous construction in the reconstruction and extension projects. The settlement is one of the important indexes of the expressway foundation treatment and subgrade filling quality detection. Settlement monitoring is the most intuitive way to understand the settlement of expressway. The uneven differential settlement between new and old subgrade in the reconstruction and extension project is directly related to whether the use of the road can meet the requirements after the completion of the project. Excessive settlement differences can lead to pavement cracking and even subgrade instability and collapse. Therefore, it is very necessary to monitor the settlement of the reconstruction and extension project in order to control the construction. This paper aims at the uneven settlement caused by the different consolidation degree of the foundation in the widening roadbed and the uneven settlement caused by the different compression degree of the roadbed. The settlement mechanism is studied in theory. According to the engineering situation, this paper makes some meaningful research on the settlement control standard of the new widening roadbed in the reconstruction and extension project of this project. According to the measured data in construction and the data obtained from the finite element simulation calculation, the settlement control standard of the new widening roadbed is checked and analyzed. The selected control standards and control methods are verified from the actual engineering. After the settlement data of different working conditions and different construction periods are obtained, The measured data obtained in settlement monitoring can be fitted by mathematical method, and the variation trend of subgrade settlement in a period in the future can be calculated, and the later settlement change can be predicted by fitting curves. In order to ensure the construction quality of widening roadbed, the corresponding reasonable construction control measures can be taken for the future construction through the predicted results.
