某大型钢结构人行天桥施工过程仿真分析

【摘要】:一般工程结构的建造过程都是按一定的施工顺序进行的,大型钢结构也不例外。随着施工的进行,结构的力学行为也会随着结构整体刚度的大小,所承受施工阶段的荷载以及构件的支承情况等条件的改变呈动态变化。本文在分析研究施工力学理论及施工仿真分析理论基础上,以Midas Gen有限元软件为分析工具,对某大型钢结构人行天桥施工全过程的力学特性进行仿真分析,定量描述施工过程“未完成”结构的工作状态,以指导施工过程并确定最终施工方案,力图为大型钢结构施工技术的发展做出有效的探索。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)总结常规大型钢结构施工方法及其对应的技术特点,并分析其主要优缺点,研究影响大型钢结构整体施工方案选择的主要因素,并根据施工方案选择的原则最终确定某大型钢结构人行天桥的施工流程。(2)分别从施工力学概念、施工分析理论说明结构施工仿真分析的理论基础,并结合Midas Gen有限元分析软件阐述其在施工过程中的仿真模拟功能及原理。(3)以某大型钢结构人行天桥为工程背景,基于“激活”与“钝化”原理,并充分考虑了该天桥主体结构在施工阶段的真实形成过程,即仿真分析过程与真实施工过程一致,确保计算结果更加符合工程实际。(4)依据施工全过程仿真分析结果,选取关键结构构件,定量描述各施工阶段结构构件受力状态及整体结构的变形规律,根据分析结果判定结构施工过程中的安全性与与合理性。
[Abstract]:The construction process of general engineering structure is carried out according to certain construction sequence, and large steel structure is no exception. With the progress of construction, the mechanical behavior of the structure will change dynamically with the change of the whole stiffness of the structure, the load of the construction stage and the supporting condition of the member. Based on the analysis and research of construction mechanics theory and construction simulation analysis theory, using Midas Gen finite element software as the analysis tool, this paper simulates and analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the whole construction process of a large steel structure footbridge. In order to guide the construction process and determine the final construction plan, this paper quantitatively describes the working state of the "unfinished" structure during the construction process, and tries to make an effective exploration for the development of the construction technology of the large steel structure. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) summing up the construction methods of conventional large steel structures and their corresponding technical characteristics, analyzing their main advantages and disadvantages, and studying the main factors that affect the selection of the overall construction schemes of large steel structures. According to the principle of construction scheme selection, the construction flow of a large steel structure footbridge is finally determined. The construction mechanics concept and construction analysis theory are used to explain the theoretical basis of structure construction simulation analysis. Combined with Midas Gen finite element analysis software, its simulation and simulation function and principle in the construction process are expounded. Based on the principle of "activation" and "passivation", a large steel structure pedestrian overpass is used as the engineering background. The actual formation process of the main structure of the flyover in the construction stage is considered fully, that is, the simulation analysis process is consistent with the real construction process, and the calculation results are more in line with the engineering practice. 4) according to the results of the simulation analysis during the whole construction process, The key structural members are selected to quantitatively describe the stress state of the structural members and the deformation law of the whole structure in each stage of construction, and the safety and rationality of the construction process are determined according to the results of the analysis.
