如何提高公交分担率—世界经验及我国展望

【摘要】:近年来随着城市化进程的快速发展,我国的居民生活水平不断提高,城市机动化水平逐渐提高,导致了环境污染和交通拥堵等现象。如何提高公交出行方式的服务质量、增加其对城市人群出行的吸引力,进而提高公交出行方式分担率,是一项迫切需要解决的问题。本文首先分析了城市化进程的规模与结构,初步分析了我国交通面临的问题与挑战,进而分析了国内外城市交通发展的和在提高公共交通分担率方面的研究现状,为我国提高公交出行分担率寻找可供借鉴的经验;接下来,本文对出行方式的各个因素进行了详尽的分析,并结合作者所在城市济南市的出行调查数据为基础进行了实证研究以及关键因素分析,为济南市提高公交分担率提出了切实可行的政策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, the living standard of residents in China has been improved, and the level of urban motorization has gradually improved, resulting in environmental pollution and traffic congestion. How to improve the service quality of bus travel mode, increase its attraction to urban people, and then improve the share rate of public transport travel mode, is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper first analyzes the scale and structure of the urbanization process, analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the traffic in our country, and then analyzes the current research situation of the development of urban traffic and the improvement of the public transport share rate at home and abroad. In order to improve the public transport travel sharing rate of our country to find the experience for reference; next, this article has carried on the detailed analysis to each factor of the travel mode, Based on the travel survey data of Jinan city, the paper makes an empirical study and key factors analysis, and puts forward some feasible policies and suggestions for improving the public transport share rate in Jinan city.
