内蒙古西北地区路基干压实技术分析

【摘要】:内蒙古西北地区气候干燥而少雨,水资源的匮乏给路基压实带来很大困难。本文以该地区的三种典型土样为研究对象,对路基土进行干压实技术分析,开展了室内干压实试验和回弹模量试验,通过室内与现场转化,得出三种土样现场施工的碾压控制指标,提出内蒙古西北地区干压实技术下现场回弹模量推荐值。土样的标准击实试验结果表明,三种土样均具备了干压实和湿压实双重特性。室内干压实试验得出在一定范围内随着击实功的增大,土样密度也随之增大的结论,提出了干压实下三种土样的最佳击实功和对应的最大干密度。基于室内干压实试验与现场施工机具的转换关系,提出了不同吨位下振动碾压机具的碾压控制指标,并得到碾压遍数与压实度、松铺厚度之间的关系。作为现场压实度检测的补充,本文针对不同压实度的试件进行回弹模量的测定,通过试验确定了预定单位压力的大小,得到压实度与回弹模量的相关关系。通过室内试验修正系数的建立,得出内蒙古西北地区干压实技术下现场回弹模量推荐值,并将推荐值作为路基压实度现场检测的控制标准。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对路基干、湿压实技术下沥青混凝土路面的路表竖向位移值、各结构层的剪应力、层底拉应力值进行对比分析,验证了干压实技术在该地区的适用性。
[Abstract]:The dry climate and little rain in northwest Inner Mongolia bring great difficulties to roadbed compaction due to the shortage of water resources. Taking three typical soil samples in this area as the research object, this paper analyzes the dry compaction technology of subgrade soil, carries out indoor dry compaction test and elastic modulus test, and through indoor and field transformation, The rolling control indexes of three kinds of soil samples in site construction are obtained and the recommended values of resilience modulus in the field under dry compaction technology in northwest Inner Mongolia are put forward. The results of standard compaction test show that the three soil samples have the dual characteristics of dry compaction and wet compaction. The results of laboratory dry compaction test show that the density of soil sample increases with the increase of compaction work in a certain range, and the optimum compaction work and corresponding maximum dry density of three kinds of soil samples under dry compaction are put forward. Based on the conversion relationship between indoor dry compaction test and field construction tools, the rolling control index of vibratory compaction machine under different tonnage is put forward, and the relationship between the number of compaction times and compaction degree and the thickness of loose paving is obtained. As a supplement to the in-situ compaction measurement, the springback modulus of the specimens with different compaction degrees is measured, and the preset unit pressure is determined through the experiments, and the correlation between the compaction degree and the springback modulus is obtained. Through the establishment of the correction coefficient of indoor test, the recommended value of resilience modulus in the field under dry compaction technology in northwest Inner Mongolia is obtained, and the recommended value is regarded as the control standard for the field detection of roadbed compaction degree. By using Abaqus finite element software, the vertical displacement value of pavement surface, shear stress of each structure layer and tensile stress of bottom of asphalt concrete pavement under dry and wet compaction technology are compared and analyzed, and the applicability of dry compaction technology in this area is verified.
