肇庆西江特大桥船撞事故后抢修及加固技术

【摘要】:肇庆西江特大桥主桥为5×144m连续钢桁梁公铁两用桥,该桥于2015年10月15日遭受采砂船舶碰撞,造成第4孔第5个节间钢桁梁杆件严重变形,危及铁路行车安全。根据构件变形及受损状况分析,确定采用拆除上游侧严重受损的纵梁,利用鱼腹式钢纵梁临时代替,暂时保留下游侧轻微受损纵梁的临时加固方案对铁路桥进行快速抢修加固,并在快速抢修后进行行车试验。结果表明,桥梁满足列车通行要求,实现了铁路线快速抢通。在铁路快速抢通后,利用"天窗点"时段更换铁路下平联及纵梁,对下弦杆进行局部冷矫正及补强,完成永久加固修复后通过行车试验测试桥梁运营的各项动力性能。结果表明,各项指标均符合规范要求,满足列车正常运营需求。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Zhaoqing Xijiang River Bridge is a 5 脳 144m continuous steel truss bridge. The bridge was collided with sand mining ships on October 15, 2015, which caused serious deformation of the steel truss members of the 5th Internode of the 4th hole and endangered the safety of railway operation. According to the analysis of the deformation and damage condition of the components, it is determined to remove the severely damaged longitudinal beam on the upstream side, to use the fish-bellied steel longitudinal beam as a temporary replacement, and to temporarily retain the temporary reinforcement scheme of the slightly damaged longitudinal beam on the downstream side to carry out rapid repair and reinforcement of the railway bridge. After quick repair, train test was carried out. The results show that the bridge meets the requirements of train traffic and realizes the rapid railway route recovery. After the railway is quickly recovered, the bridge is replaced by "skylight point" in the period of time, and the local cooling correction and reinforcement of the lower chord are carried out. After permanent reinforcement and repair, the dynamic performance of the bridge is tested through driving test. The results show that all the indexes meet the requirements of the specification and meet the normal operation requirements of the train.
