大跨混合体系斜拉桥钢混结合段设计与试验分析

【摘要】:钢混结合段是混合体系斜拉桥结构中的关键部位,构造布置和受力均很复杂,是大桥设计中的关键。为研究钢混结合段的受力和变形状态,该文首先分析了钢混结合段位置的确定原则和构造细节的受力特点、布置原则,结合一座大跨混合体系斜拉桥,介绍钢混结合段的设计细节,并采用相似比1∶3设计和制作了大比例模型,分标准组合、承载能力组合、1.6倍承载能力组合共3种工况,分16级进行了加载测试,考察了钢混结合段钢与混凝土构件的应力状态,验证了设计的科学性和合理性。
[Abstract]:The steel-concrete joint section is the key part in the structure of cable-stayed bridge with hybrid system, and the structural arrangement and force are very complex, which is the key point in the design of the bridge. In order to study the stress and deformation state of the steel-concrete joint section, this paper first analyzes the principle of determining the position of the steel-concrete joint section, the stress characteristics of the structural details, the layout principle, and a long-span hybrid cable-stayed bridge. This paper introduces the design details of steel-concrete combination section, and designs and makes a large scale model by using the similarity ratio 1:3. The model is divided into standard combination, load-carrying capacity combination and 1.6 times load-carrying capacity combination. The loading tests are carried out in 16 stages. The stress state of the steel-concrete combined with Duan Gang and concrete members was investigated, and the design was verified to be scientific and reasonable.
