含盐高湿环境下沥青路面耐久性检测方法及标准

【摘要】:为了研究含盐高湿环境下沥青路面耐久性的检测方法,首先采用ANSYS建立圆柱形和板式试件的三维有限元模型,分析其受力特性及变形特征;然后进行圆柱形试件车辙试验和板式汉堡车辙试验,并用Origin 8.0软件对试验结果进行非线性指数拟合,确定试验条件.结果表明:两种形状试件的车辙试验结果相关性良好,含盐高湿环境下采用圆柱形试件取代板式试件进行浸水车辙试验来检测沥青混合料的耐久性是合理的;推荐在60℃或70℃温度下进行圆柱形试件浸水车辙试验,以车辙深度作为检测指标.
[Abstract]:In order to study the testing method of asphalt pavement durability in salt-containing high humidity environment, the three-dimensional finite element models of cylindrical and plate specimens were established by using ANSYS, and their mechanical and deformation characteristics were analyzed. Then, the cylinder-shaped specimen rut test and plate Hamburg rut test were carried out, and the non-linear exponential fitting of the test results was carried out with Origin 8.0 software to determine the test conditions. The results show that there is a good correlation between the rut test results of the two shape specimens. It is reasonable to test the durability of asphalt mixture by using cylindrical specimen instead of plate specimen to test the durability of asphalt mixture in saline and high humidity environment. It is recommended that the water immersion rut test of cylindrical specimen be carried out at 60 鈩,
