国际多式联运集装箱共享模型研究

自自20世纪50年代中期以来,集装箱共享系统一直处于转型阶段。它已经从无组织的货物处理技术转变为管理良好、有效的大型船舶系统。集装箱的使用经历了几项改进,包括提高多式联运生产率,从而缩短了从一点到另一点的过渡时间。已记录到货物损坏的显著减少。这种趋势给托运人和承运人带来了巨大的利益。相反,除了多个可变和固定成本外,增加了运营复杂性。在经济动荡时期的激烈竞争中,控制这些因素至关重要。本文就空箱管理、空箱运输中存在的问题进行了探讨,旨在为空箱管理、空箱运输找到合适的解决方案。我们建立一个更务实的模型,可以优化全球空箱的移动。这种新的方法评估了集装箱共享系统的有效性,并且对集装箱共享操作提供了见解。为此,我们从实际情况中模拟了四个区域的数据集:A、B、C和D。为此目的,本文采用了一种新颖的多标准决策(MCDM)方法来模拟国际集装箱共享系统(ICSS)。该方法分析了各种判断标准,提出了不同的可能发生的情况和对应的解决方案。然后,使用关联规则挖掘系统,以减少规则的数量并有效地进行合理组合。接着,利用所选规则设计了一个学习数据库的模糊决策系统,最后,利用提出的模糊多准则决策系统(FMCDM)来测试...
