中-波国际铁路联运中转节点选择研究

欧洲和中国之间的交通联系早在共同时代之前就已广为人知。当时这条路线长约12000公里,被称为“丝绸之路”。起点是从中国之前的首都——西安省直到通往地中海路线。上述货物运输路线使用频繁,一直使用直到被一条新的海上航线取代。2013年,中国政府决定重振“丝绸之路”理念,称之为“一带一路”倡议。它将通过铁路运输和其他不同的运输方式,即公路或航空运输,连接中国和欧洲。这启发了研究关于重组波兰境内两个联运枢纽的想法。现有的枢纽位于波兰东部和南部。东部的已经开始运营和接收从中国运来的货物而南部仍在建设中但即将全面运行。如今,从中国运输到波兰的货物大约需要14天。本文的主要研究内容是展现如何以波兰为门户重新组织亚欧两大洲的交通运输过程特别是中欧之间的关系。它将考虑从中国到波兰的整个货物运输过程的总持续时间和最终成本。本文所用的数据显示了中国与波兰两个联运枢纽之间目前正在完成的运输过程的时间和成本。这种计算将成为这些成本和时间对比的可能。本文介绍了波兰两个枢纽的服务方式,不仅在马扎维茨,而且在Slawkow,如何开发和重新组织服务方式。通过这些步骤,可以增加中国的货运列车数量;增加使用通过波兰的跨欧洲...
