哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图快速公交项目温室气体减排研究

本研究采用生命周期评估法(LCA)对快速公交系统进行生态评估。案例研究的重点是阿拉木图的一条专用公共交通线,旨在减少现有道路的拥堵。决定了解决的实际方法是集中力量建设便捷的快速公交工程,既能面对城市交通的各种问题,又能快速建设,具有经济效益。快速公交有时被称为“地面站”,因为它结合了轻轨电车或地铁的动力和速度以及公交系统的灵活性、低成本和简单性。快速公交系统速度快、质量高、成本效益高,可以快速实施(1-2年)。为方便快速公交项目全生命周期温室气体(GHG)的评价,提出了一个概念框架和数据驱动计算模型。该模型考虑了快速公交设施建设和快速公交运营产生的排放。以阿拉木图快速公交系统为例,说明如何在实践中实施概念框架和计算模型来评估生命周期二氧化碳排放。案例研究结果表明,运营阶段是快速公交项目整个生命周期内二氧化碳排放总量的最大贡献者。但施工阶段的排放密度远高于施工阶段,因此不应忽视施工阶段。在生命周期评价中也考虑并实施了绿色燃料的开发。使用绿色燃料可以减少运行阶段的二氧化碳排放,改变二氧化碳排放总量。排放量计算突出了使用快速公交时所实现的巨大节约,主要是通过减少周围交通的排放量。过境项目在其...
