含大量光伏配电网的电压控制仿真方法与系统研究

【摘要】:随着分布式光伏并网规模的不断增大,其出力的波动性、随机性和间歇性,将对配电网的长期电压稳定造成不利的影响。为克服电压质量的恶化,配电网采取主动控制改善电压质量。而控制方法和技术手段又与电网的经济性和电压质量密切相关。当分布式光伏并网或者配电网规划中需要确定在一定的电压控制方式下,是否能够保证配电网电压质量和安全约束。因此,急需配电网电压控制仿真分析决策支持系统,为实际工程提供支撑。在此背景下,本文首先研究了配电网电压控制基础理论,而后分析了计及光伏的配电网电压控制方法。在此基础上,总结提出了光伏不参与调压的电压控制策略和光伏参与调压的电压控制策略。光伏不参与调压时,提出了变电站调压策略和增设无功补偿调压。光伏参与调压时,提出了分散式和集中协调式两种调压方法。以此为背景结合配网电压控制领域最新的理论成果,利用Matlab编写了分散、集中等几种控制算法,设计并研发了基于.NET平台的含大量光伏配电网的电压控制仿真系统,为大量光伏并网的规划方案决策电压控制系统提供辅助分析,提高了决策的灵活性。该系统在Microsoft Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境下,通过嵌入地理信息系统(GIS)组件MapX完成了系统的开发,经过软件测试性能优异。最后以某地区实际双电源10k V系统进行了算例验证,该系统已应用于某电力公司。
[Abstract]:With the increasing scale of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected, the volatility, randomness and intermittent of its output will have a negative impact on the long-term voltage stability of distribution network. In order to overcome the deterioration of voltage quality, distribution network takes active control to improve voltage quality. The control method and technical means are closely related to the economy and voltage quality of the power grid. When distributed photovoltaic grid-connected or distribution network planning needs to determine whether the voltage quality and security constraints of distribution network can be guaranteed under a certain voltage control mode. Therefore, there is an urgent need for distribution network voltage control simulation analysis decision support system to provide support for practical engineering. Under this background, this paper first studies the basic theory of distribution network voltage control, and then analyzes the distribution network voltage control method considering photovoltaic. On this basis, the voltage control strategy of photovoltaic voltage regulation and the voltage control strategy of photovoltaic voltage regulation are summarized and put forward. When photovoltaic is not involved in voltage regulation, the voltage regulation strategy of substation and the addition of reactive power compensation voltage regulation are put forward. When photovoltaic is involved in voltage regulation, two voltage regulation methods, decentralized and centralized and coordinated, are proposed. Based on this background, combined with the latest theoretical results in the field of distribution network voltage control, several control algorithms, such as dispersion and centralization, are compiled by using Matlab, and a voltage control simulation system with a large number of photovoltaic distribution networks based on. Net platform is designed and developed. It provides auxiliary analysis for a large number of photovoltaic grid-connected planning decision-making voltage control systems, and improves the flexibility of decision-making. The system is developed by embedding (GIS) component MapX in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 integrated development environment, and the performance of the system is excellent after software testing. Finally, an example is given to verify the 10kV system of dual power supply in a certain area, which has been applied to a power company.
