基于长期性能观测的海工混凝土结构耐久性研究的新思路

【摘要】:调研工程的环境、水文、耐久性设计和荷载设计资料,通过在工程建设期预埋入耐久性监测传感器,从建设期开始实时监测实体工程耐久性退化历程,获得基于实体工程的耐久性关键参数;建设工程配套暴露试验平台,开展与实体工程相同原材料和配合比的工程暴露试验研究与室内快速试验研究,研究实体工程-暴露试验-室内试验耐久性退化历程的差异,建立三者之间的耐久性退化指标相关性,指导我国海港工程混凝土结构的耐久性设计与施工质量控制。
[Abstract]:By investigating the environment, hydrology, durability design and load design data of the project, the durability monitoring sensor is embedded in the construction period of the project, and the degradation process of the durability of the entity engineering is monitored in real time from the construction period. Obtaining the key durability parameters based on solid engineering, constructing a complete exposure test platform, carrying out engineering exposure test research and indoor rapid test research with the same raw materials and mix ratio as solid engineering, This paper studies the difference of durability degradation course between entity engineering, exposure test and indoor test, establishes the correlation of durability degradation index among them, and guides the durability design and construction quality control of concrete structure of seaport engineering in China.
