国内外跨海通道的比较及启示

【摘要】：在回顾世界跨海通道发展历程的基础上,总结了铁路轮渡、跨海大桥、海底隧道、桥隧组合等跨海工程形式的优缺点。分析了国内外代表性跨海工程的技术、投融资和运营模式等进,展望了跨海工程的发展趋势,提出中国跨海工程建设应加强工程项目的前期调查、研究和设计,重大跨海工程由国家作为建设主体,前期研究开发经费由国家财政予以支持,对工程方案、投融资模式等结合工程所在地情况进行科学决策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the development course of the world cross-sea passage, the advantages and disadvantages of railway ferry, cross-sea bridge, subsea tunnel, bridge-tunnel combination and so on are summarized. This paper analyses the technology, investment, financing and operation mode of the representative cross sea project at home and abroad, looks forward to the development trend of the cross sea project, and puts forward that the preliminary investigation, research and design of the engineering project should be strengthened in China. The major cross-sea projects are constructed by the state, and the research and development funds are supported by the national finance. The scientific decision is made on the project plan, the investment and financing mode, and so on, combined with the local conditions of the project.
