试车台振动测试系统的关键技术研究

【摘要】:本文以某型号飞机发动机附件试车台为研究背景,开发了一套以LabVIEW平台为基础的振动测试系统;针对本测试系统中关键部件—增速箱,由于其在升降速过程中虽然短暂,但所包含的信息最能反映试车台的振动特征,因此对暂态过程的信号分析是十分有必要的。本文针对此问题,采用了经验模态分解理论和倒频谱方法对本试车台振动信号进行解调和降噪。现在将本文的主要研究内容总结如下:(1)以LabVIEW为软件平台,开发了一套振动测试系统,主要包含数据采集、数据预处理、文件管理、数据查询、报警等功能模块。(2)深入研究试车台整体结构特征以及在运转过程中潜在的故障点,根据实际情况,完成了硬件的搭配和测振点的合理布置。(3)对本系统所用的经验模态分解理论进行了理论推导和分析,并通过常见机械设备故障信号进行仿真分析,对经验模态分解的降噪解调性能做了较为深入地分析。(4)将经验模态分解理论分析结果与试车台传动结构特点相结合,同时对振动信号进行时域分析,对试车台潜在的故障隐患进行了推断,并提出了指导性改进方案。在现场调试过程中,以某型号飞机发动机附件试车台为背景开发出来的振动监测与故障诊断系统分别与控制系统、机械系统和液压系统进行联调试验,并且取得了满意的试验结果。该套振动监测系统,友好的人机界面、数据的高速采集和报警数据的实时存储对于类似的工程有一定的借鉴意义。除此之外,本文对齿轮箱在升降速过程中振动数据采用经验模态分解方法和倒频谱方法进行分析解调,对于同类问题的研究有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a vibration testing system based on LabVIEW platform is developed on the background of a certain aircraft engine accessory test-bed. However, the information contained can best reflect the vibration characteristics of the test-bed, so it is very necessary to analyze the signal of transient process. In order to solve this problem, empirical mode decomposition theory and cepstrum method are used to demodulate and de-noise the vibration signal of the test station. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: (1) A vibration testing system based on LabVIEW is developed, which includes data acquisition, data preprocessing, file management, data query, etc. Function modules such as alarm. (2) deeply study the overall structural characteristics of the test-bed and the potential fault points in the operation process, according to the actual situation, The hardware collocation and the reasonable arrangement of vibration measuring points are completed. (3) the empirical mode decomposition theory used in this system is theoretically deduced and analyzed, and the common mechanical equipment fault signals are simulated and analyzed. The performance of noise reduction and demodulation based on empirical mode decomposition is analyzed deeply. (4) the results of empirical mode decomposition theory are combined with the characteristics of driving structure of test bench, and the vibration signal is analyzed in time domain. The hidden trouble of test bench is inferred, and the improvement scheme is put forward. In the field debugging process, the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system, which is developed on the background of a certain aircraft engine accessory test-bed, is combined with the control system, the mechanical system and the hydraulic system, respectively. Satisfactory results have been obtained. The vibration monitoring system, friendly man-machine interface, high-speed data acquisition and real-time storage of alarm data have some reference significance for similar projects. In addition, the empirical mode decomposition method and the cepstrum method are used to analyze and demodulate the vibration data of the gearbox in the process of raising and lowering speed, which has some reference significance for the research of similar problems.
