某轻型飞机供电及电气系统设计研究

【摘要】:空地两用飞机是一种创新的交通工具,它的出现旨在缓解地面交通压力和加快通用航空的发展。为了适应未来通用航空的发展趋势和社会环境的实用性要求,特开发一种空地两用轻型飞机。现代飞机的电气系统在飞机飞行任务中起着越来越重要的作用,因此本文特对空地两用轻型飞机的供电及电气系统设计和研究。本文首先详细介绍了飞机的供电及配电系统架构功能,为本文设计作理论铺垫。接下来论证空地两用飞机的总体设计要求和各分系统的设计要求,然后为空地两用飞机的飞行安全和用电可靠特提出一种电气设计方案。此方案包括航电系统、模式转化系统、照明系统、燃油系统等具体方案设计,模式转换系统的健康状况对飞机的飞行安全具有重要作用。电源系统是空地两用飞机电气系统的电能来源,它的设计依据是负载的情况。首先要对负载进行分析,包括理论分析与计算。根据负载需求选择两台发电机,发电机的连接方式为并联。蓄电池的选择要依据充放电特性、寿命、费用等因素。发电机和蓄电池也为并联运行,根据最大负载对蓄电池容量要求选择容量为50Ah。各个分系统是电气系统的执行结构,是完成任务的关键机构。本文对空地两用飞机主要的系统的电气系统的实现进行设计,包含燃油和发电机系统、控制系统、航电系统。燃油系统根据不同连接方式的优缺点选择可靠性高的方案。发动机的电气部分包括启动机和自检测部分。控制系统是实现模式转换的关键,主要包括机翼折叠和各操纵模块。航电系统主要包括导航和照明两大系统。以上系统首先描述各自的设计原则,再根据上电工作逻辑关系设计出各个系统的电气接线图,最后对每个系统完成工作的主要电气设备选型。
[Abstract]:Air-to-ground dual-use aircraft is an innovative means of transportation. Its appearance is aimed at alleviating ground traffic pressure and speeding up the development of general aviation. In order to meet the development trend of general aviation in the future and the practical requirements of social environment, an air-to-ground dual-use light aircraft is developed. The electrical system of modern aircraft plays a more and more important role in the aircraft mission. Therefore, the power supply and electrical system design and research of the air-to-ground light aircraft are particularly studied in this paper. In this paper, the structure and function of aircraft power supply and distribution system are introduced in detail, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of this paper. Next, the general design requirements and subsystem design requirements of air-to-ground dual-use aircraft are demonstrated, and then an electrical design scheme is proposed for the flight safety and reliable electricity utilization of air-to-ground dual-use aircraft. The scheme includes avionics system, mode conversion system, lighting system, fuel system and so on. The health status of the mode conversion system plays an important role in the flight safety of aircraft. The power supply system is the power source of the air-to-ground aircraft electrical system, and its design is based on the condition of the load. First of all, the load analysis, including theoretical analysis and calculation. Two generators are selected according to the load demand, and the generator is connected in parallel. Battery selection should be based on charge-discharge characteristics, life, costs and other factors. Generators and batteries are also running in parallel. According to the maximum load requirements for battery capacity, select the capacity of 50A. Each subsystem is the execution structure of the electrical system and the key mechanism to complete the task. In this paper, the electrical system of air-to-ground dual-use aircraft is designed, including fuel oil and generator system, control system and avionics system. According to the advantages and disadvantages of different connection modes, fuel system chooses high reliability scheme. The electrical part of the engine includes the starter and the self-detecting part. The control system is the key to realize the mode conversion, including wing folding and each control module. Avionics system mainly includes navigation and lighting two major systems. The above system first describes the design principles of each system, and then designs the electrical wiring diagram of each system according to the logic relation of the power-on operation. Finally, it selects the main electrical equipment for each system to complete the work.
