回转窖无线多点温度采集器的设计与实现

【摘要】:回转窑设备结构复杂、在工作过程中要不停旋转,因此对回转窑内部温度的测量就存在一定难度。由于数据采集系统的应用范围越来越宽,所涉及到的测量信号和信号源的类型越来越多,对测量的要求也越来越高,国内现在已有不少数据测量和采集的系统,但很多系统存在功能单一、采集通道少、采集速率低、操作复杂,并且对测试环境要求较高等问题。本文在分析当前各种回转窑温度测量方法后,设计了一种基于AVR单片机和无线发射模块的8通道无线多点温度数据采集器。该设备采集温度方便灵活,测温精度高、抗干扰能力强,能进行8个温度信号的采集。 本设备主要用于测量回转窑内各生产工艺带的温度,,并与上位机配合完成窑内多点温度的监控。本文分别阐述了温度信号采集发送器和温度信号接收器的总体设计思路和实现方法并分析了各部分电路的组成原理,详细介绍了系统各模块的设计过程。温度信号采集发送器用热电偶测量窑内的温度,将电压信号放大后送入微处理器经处理转换后变为数字信号,然后再对其进行抗干扰处理后发送给温度接收器;温度信号接收器接收数字信号后对其进行CRC校验,再对处理完成的数据用折半查找法和线性插值法查询S型热电偶分度表,来查找到一个合适的值进行精确输出。 论文最后对设备进行了调试,包括各个通道放大倍数的确定和用实际的热电偶分度表来代替理论的热电偶分度表。 本设备具有很强的扩展性,采用不同功能的传感器及相应的信号调理电路模块即可实现各种功能的无线数据采集装置,可以广泛的应用于小型无线数据采集终端、防火报警监控等领域,使系统具有更广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The structure of rotary kiln is complex and it is difficult to measure the internal temperature of rotary kiln.As the application of data acquisition system is becoming wider and wider, more and more types of measurement signals and signal sources are involved, and the requirements for measurement are becoming higher and higher. There are many data measurement and acquisition systems in China.However, many systems have some problems, such as single function, few acquisition channels, low acquisition rate, complex operation, and high requirement of test environment.After analyzing the current temperature measurement methods of rotary kiln, an 8-channel wireless multi-point temperature data acquisition device based on AVR single chip computer and wireless emitter module is designed in this paper.The equipment is convenient and flexible in collecting temperature, high precision in measuring temperature, strong ability of anti-interference, and can collect 8 temperature signals.The equipment is mainly used to measure the temperature of each production belt in rotary kiln, and cooperate with the upper computer to complete the monitoring of multi-point temperature in kiln.In this paper, the general design idea and realization method of temperature signal acquisition transmitter and temperature signal receiver are described respectively, and the principle of each part circuit is analyzed, and the design process of each module of the system is introduced in detail.The temperature signal acquisition transmitter uses a thermocouple to measure the temperature in the kiln, then amplifies the voltage signal and sends it to the microprocessor after processing and converting into a digital signal, and then sends it to the temperature receiver after anti-interference processing.After receiving the digital signal, the temperature signal receiver verifies the digital signal by CRC, and then searches the S thermocouple index table with the half-fold lookup method and the linear interpolation method to find a suitable value for accurate output.At the end of the paper, the equipment is debugged, including the determination of the magnification of each channel and the replacement of the theoretical thermocouple indexing table with the actual thermocouple indexing table.The device has very strong expansibility, using different sensors and corresponding signal conditioning circuit modules can realize various functions of wireless data acquisition device, can be widely used in small wireless data acquisition terminal,Fire-proof alarm monitoring and other fields, make the system has a broader application prospects.
