人工冻土灌注桩桩身温度场及混凝土强度研究

【摘要】:随着人工冻结法在矿井建设中的应用越来越广泛,矿区工程常会面临井塔桩基础在人工冻土中施工的问题,为了给冻土条件下井塔桩基础的施工提供指导,有必要对人工冻土灌注桩桩身温度场及混凝土强度的发展进行研究。本文通过试验方法,对人工冻土条件下混凝土灌注桩进行了桩身温度场监测及混凝土强度检测。通过试验数据得到了土体在-5℃条件下,钻孔灌注桩桩身温度场的发展规律和混凝土强度增长特性。同时以该条件下钻孔灌注桩的试验数据为依据,运用有限元软件进行桩身温度场数值模拟计算,并将模拟结果与实测数据进行对比分析,确定了合理的的模拟参数,建立了有效的数值模型。并在此基础上对土体不同负温下人工冻土灌注桩桩身温度场进行计算分析,得出了土体不同负温对人工冻土灌注桩桩身温度场的影响变化。研究结果可为人工冻土条件下钻孔灌注桩的施工提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the application of artificial freezing method in mine construction more and more widely, mining area engineering often faces the problem of tower pile foundation construction in artificial frozen soil, in order to provide guidance for the construction of shaft tower pile foundation under frozen soil conditions. It is necessary to study the development of temperature field and concrete strength of artificial frozen soil cast-in-place pile. In this paper, the temperature field and concrete strength of concrete cast-in-place pile under the condition of artificial frozen soil are monitored by test method.
