铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料的特性与微观表征

【摘要】：为了进一步研究铜矿尾矿用于制备水泥熟料的可行性,采用铜矿尾矿替代砂岩烧制水泥熟料。通过f-CaO测试分析铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料的易烧性,同时借助XRD测试水泥熟料中成分比例,最后对铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料的凝结时间及力学性能进行了验证。结果表明:升高煅烧温度更有利于使用铜矿尾矿制备水泥熟料;用铜矿尾矿替代砂岩可降低f-CaO,但熟料的矿物晶体结晶度下降,且C3S矿物烧成率略偏低,凝结时间、早期强度与普通水泥熟料相差不大。
[Abstract]:In order to further study the feasibility of using copper tailings to prepare cement clinker, copper tailings were used instead of sandstone to make cement clinker. The burnability of cement clinker prepared by copper tailings was analyzed by f-CaO test, and the composition ratio of cement clinker was measured by XRD. Finally, the setting time and mechanical properties of cement clinker prepared by copper tailings were verified. The results show that increasing the calcination temperature is more favorable for the preparation of cement clinker from copper tailings, and replacing sandstone with copper tailings can reduce f-CaO, but the crystallinity of clinker is decreased, and the sintering rate of C3S mineral is slightly lower and the setting time is lower. The early strength of cement clinker is not different from that of ordinary cement clinker.
