限额交易减排政策对企业生产策略的影响

【摘要】：随着减排要求日益强烈,排放限制已成为排放依赖型企业生产策略制订的重要约束。基于报童模型分析框架,分别在强制减排政策和限额交易减排政策的约束下,建立了企业期望利润最大化的优化模型。根据两种政策下企业最优产量决策和最大期望收益的比较发现,尽管限额交易减排政策一方面降低了企业的产量,同时减少排放量,但并未相应地减少企业的期望收益。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of emission reduction, emission limitation has become an important constraint for the production strategy of emission dependent enterprises. Based on the analysis framework of newsboy model, under the constraints of mandatory emission reduction policy and cap-and-trade emission reduction policy, the optimal model of maximizing the expected profit of enterprises is established. According to the comparison between the optimal output decision and the maximum expected income under the two policies, it is found that although the cap-and-trade emission reduction policy not only reduces the enterprise's output, but also reduces the emissions, it does not reduce the enterprise's expected income accordingly.
