晋江生态市建设中的政府行为研究

【摘要】：生态市建设是城市发展的一道重要屏障,直接关系到人民群众对人居环境的幸福感和满意度,国内外各个城市都将生态城市建设作为城市发展的目标。晋江在经济社会快速发展、城市化水平不断提高的同时,也累积了一系列深层次的矛盾,如何在继续推动经济社会科学发展、跨越发展的同时,加快推进生态市建设,实现可持续发展,已成为当前晋江亟须破解的难题。各级政府是生态城市创建的主体,我国现有国情决定只能由政府来履行这一职能,在政府主导生态市建设过程中对政府具体行为进行研究、总结,对推进可持续发展和生态城市建设有重要现实意义。本研究结合晋江市生态市建设过程,整理分析所收集的资料,并将调查研究和理论分析相结合,分析总结了国内外成功的生态城市建设实例,并针对晋江市生态市创建的现状,对晋江市政府在生态市创建过程中的地位和作用进行了认真地分析和深入地研究。分析存在的问题与机遇,并提出规划构想和方案。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological city is an important barrier of urban development, which is directly related to the people's happiness and satisfaction with the human settlement environment. The construction of ecological city is regarded as the goal of urban development in every city at home and abroad. With the rapid economic and social development and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization, Jinjiang has also accumulated a series of deep-seated contradictions. How to speed up the construction of ecological cities while continuing to promote the development of economic and social sciences and leapfrogging the development of economic and social sciences, The realization of sustainable development has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently in Jinjiang. Governments at all levels are the main body of eco-city creation, and the current situation of our country decides that the government can only perform this function. In the process of government-led eco-city construction, the concrete behavior of the government is studied and summarized. To promote sustainable development and ecological city construction has important practical significance. Based on the process of ecological city construction in Jinjiang City, the paper analyzes the collected data, combines the investigation and theoretical analysis, analyzes and sums up the successful ecological city construction cases at home and abroad, and aims at the present situation of the establishment of ecological city in Jinjiang City. The position and function of Jinjiang municipal government in the process of establishing ecological city are analyzed and studied in detail. Analyze the existing problems and opportunities, and put forward the plan and plan.
