金刚石制品热压烧结机电极结构优化研究

【摘要】:为了解决金刚石制品热压烧结机能耗过大与铜电极烧损等问题,对某型热压烧结机进行了实际能耗测试测量实验,确定了热压烧结机的能耗分布以及烧结体的温度场分布。根据实验结果,设计了一种新型薄层隔热导电复合节能构件。利用ANSYS软件分析了该构件对铜电极温度场的影响,仿真结果表明:增加复合构件后,铜电极的平均温度由66.04℃降低为59.79℃,降低了热压烧结机能耗;最高温度从85.9℃降低为76.5℃,可以消除铜电极烧损发生,达到了节能优化设计目标。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of excessive energy consumption of hot press sintering machine of diamond products and burning loss of copper electrode, the energy consumption distribution of hot press sintering machine and the temperature field distribution of sintering body were determined by measuring and measuring the actual energy consumption of a hot press sintering machine.
