养护方式对水合结合高铝质浇注料性能的影响

【摘要】:为提高水泥的水化程度,以特级矾土、纯铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉和氧化铝微粉为原料制备了水泥含量(w)分别为3%、6%、10%的高铝质浇注料。采取空气中自然养护、在纯净水中自然养护、抽真空后在纯净水中养护三种方式,保存0~20 d后,测试110℃保温24 h烘后,800、1 200和1 500℃保温3 h热处理后试样的性能。结果表明:1)不同的养护方式对试样的常温物理性能影响不一样,110℃烘后800℃和1 500℃热处理后的物理性能差距大,1 200℃处理后的物理性能变化很小;2)水中养护的试样烘后常温强度提高的明显,水泥量越少,提高的越多。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the hydration degree of cement, the high alumina castable with (w) of 3% and 10% was prepared from super grade bauxite, pure calcium aluminate cement, silica powder and alumina powder respectively. Natural curing in air, natural curing in pure water and curing in pure water after vacuum extraction were adopted.
