钒酸盐微晶玻璃的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】:本文选择熔融-晶化法分别制备了主晶相为Ba_3(VO_4)_2和Sr6V2O11的微晶玻璃样品。对配方组成进行优化,确定了最佳配比,并研究两种玻璃样品的热处理、析晶情况、微观形貌、热学性质及力学性质。通过XRD、膨胀曲线、硬度等分析方法,分析了SiO_2/B_2O_3对含Ba_3(VO_4)_2微晶玻璃析晶和性能的影响。分析表明:Ba_3(VO_4)_2微晶玻璃的最佳热处理制度为晶化温度540℃,保温2 h,转变温度Tg和软化温度Tf分别为320℃、500℃,热膨胀系数为17.81×10-6℃-1,硬度为388 HV,已达到封接材料的要求,可用来代替传统含铅封接材料;Sr6V2O11微晶玻璃采用两步热处理制度:核化温度520℃、保温1 h,晶化温度600℃、保温2 h,其Tg和Tf分别为375℃、520℃,热膨胀系数为13.2×10-6℃-1,硬度值为437 HV,已达到封接材料的要求。随着SiO_2/B_2O_3的增加,样品的析晶程度发生变化,样品的热膨胀系数降低,硬度值增大,当SiO_2/B_2O_3的比例为4:1时,晶相种类发生改变。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Ba_3 (VO_4) _ 2 and Sr6V2O11 glass-ceramics were prepared by melt-crystallization method, respectively. The composition of the formula was optimized and the optimum proportion was determined. The heat treatment, crystallization, micromorphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the two kinds of glass samples were studied. The effect of SiO_2/B_2O_3 on crystallization and properties of glass-ceramics containing Ba_3 (VO_4) _ 2 was analyzed by means of XRD, expansion curve and hardness analysis.
