【摘要】：煤炭是国民经济发展中的重要能源，煤炭物流作为连接生产和消费的桥梁和纽带，对于经济发展起着重要作用。目前我国煤炭已经形成了“西煤东运”、“北煤南调”的基本格局。曹妃甸得天独厚的地理位置优势，使其成为连接“西煤东运”、“北煤南调”的重要节点。到2020年，我国北方煤炭下水总量将达到9.97亿吨，适应这一发展要求，2010～2020年期间，加强曹妃甸港区大型煤炭下水码头建设将成为北方沿海煤炭下水港的建设重点之一。根据预测到2020年，曹妃甸港区煤炭码头年通过能力应达到50000万吨，但目前在建和规划的煤炭情况远不能满足这个需求。本文以曹妃甸港区煤炭码头下水量需求与实际通过能力不匹配为研究对象，通过归纳演绎对目前存在的一系列问题进行阐述，运用预测模型、SWOT分析法、不确定性分析等方法将曹妃甸港区煤炭码头的下水量进行了需求预测分析，，并与煤炭码头的通过能力作对比研究，得出曹妃甸港区煤炭物流的发展策略，即应立即开展煤炭码头新一期的工程建设，并在此基础上做出基本的工程设计方案。此研究为曹妃甸港区煤炭码头运营中遇到的问题找到了答案，并对以后将要遇到的问题提出应对对策，对煤炭码头的实际运营有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important source of energy in the development of the national economy , and the coal logistics plays an important role in economic development . At present , China ' s coal has formed the basic pattern of " west coal east transportation " and " north coal south regulation " . In this paper , the water quantity demand and the actual passing capacity of the coal terminal in Caofeidian Port Area are analyzed , and the water quantity of the coal terminal in Caofeidian Port is analyzed by means of forecasting model , SWOT analysis method , uncertainty analysis , etc . The paper finds out the development strategy of coal logistics in Caofeidian port area , and finds out the answer to the problems encountered in the operation of the coal terminal in Caofeidian port area , and puts forward countermeasures for the problems to be encountered in the future , and has important guiding significance to the actual operation of coal terminal .
