【摘要】:在我国现实环境及现行法律体系下,工程监理内容主要包括质量控制、投资控制、进度控制和安全控制,工程监理方的工作主要是根据合同条款、技术规范和设计文件要求,在工程实施过程中通过事前审查施工单位的方案,事中严格督促施工单位按图及相关要求施工,事后检查、验收进行监控,提供的是比较低层次的工程管理。本文结合现代质量控制理论在桥梁施工监理的模式展开分析研究,剖析了传统施工监理服务的弊端,提出了监理方的监控理论模式,以现代控制理论基础为依托,对以监理方为主导控制的监控模式为特征的施工监控技术进行分析研究,从选取合适的施工监控方法,有的放矢的对桥梁施工关键节点进行控制等方面论述了新模式的理论和方法,并构架出监理方监控效果的评价体系。因桥梁是高架建筑,它的质量及安全更显突出,本文通过两种不同类型建造模式的监理方承担监控的实例,尤其是在监控时及对施工方案和加荷程序进行调整,在施工过程中对关键部位的结构应力、变形进行监测与监控,使之始终处于受控状态,对监理方承担监控在桥梁施工实践中应用作详备的分析研究,参照评价体系结果表明,在新的管理模式下,投资成本并未大幅提高,且在对于保证桥梁施工的质量与安全方面相较于传统的监理方法有着明显优势。本文的相关问题的研究和讨论,将为今后相关类似的桥梁施工监理提供-些有益的理论参考。
[Abstract]:In the system of China's realities and current law, engineering supervision includes quality control, investment control, schedule control and safety control, engineering supervision work is mainly according to the terms of the contract, technical specifications and design requirements, through work review before the construction unit of the project in the project implementation process, in strict supervision the construction unit construction, according to the diagram and the relevant requirements after inspection, monitoring and acceptance, provides a relatively low level of project management. In this paper, combined with modern quality control theory in bridge construction supervision mode analysis, analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional construction supervision service, put forward the mode of supervision monitoring theory, based on modern control theory based on the research and Analysis on the monitoring mode of the dominant control of construction monitoring technology is characterized by the supervisor, from the selection of construction monitoring suitable method, We discussed the theory and method of the new mode of control and other aspects of the bridge construction of the key nodes, and the framework of a supervisor monitoring effectiveness evaluation system. Because of the elevated bridge is the construction quality and safety, it is more prominent, through two kinds of different types of construction supervision mode for monitoring examples, especially and to adjust the construction scheme and the loading procedure in the monitoring, the stress of the key parts of the structure during the construction process, monitoring and monitoring deformation, which is always in a controlled state, the supervision party undertakes the monitoring in the bridge construction practice in the application of detailed preparation, according to the evaluation system. The results show that in under the new management model, the investment cost is not greatly increased, and has obvious advantages in ensuring the quality and safety supervision method of bridge construction compared with the traditional problems related to this. The research and discussion will provide some useful theoretical reference for the construction supervision of similar bridges in the future.
