杭金衢高速公路拓宽路堤挡土墙受力变形规律研究

【摘要】:在高速公路拓宽工程中,为解决公路两侧土地稀缺或二次征地困难等问题,经常采用在路堤外侧设置挡土墙的方案来收缩坡脚,减少占地面积。然而,在对拓宽公路路堤挡土墙进行应用时,面临着拓宽路堤挡土墙的力学及变形性状不明确、差异沉降因素考虑不清晰等问题。本文采用理论分析、现场试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,对拓宽公路路堤挡土墙的受力及变形规律进行了初步的分析研究,主要取得了以下几个方面的进展: 1.结合杭金衢高速公路拓宽路堤挡土墙工程,提出了拓宽公路路堤挡土墙研究和应用中存在的主要问题,进行了理论分析。 2.通过工程现场试验,,得到了挡土墙位移、挡土墙土压力以及路堤位移变形的现场数据,分析了该挡土墙的受力及变形规律:挡土墙呈RTT变位模式,该挡土墙土压力的分布呈“上部大,中下部波动增长”的规律。 3.采用有限元分析方法,对拓宽公路路堤挡土墙和新建公路路堤挡土墙的有限元模拟结果进行对比分析,得到了拓宽公路路堤挡土墙与新建公路路堤挡土墙在位移、土压力及塑性区和稳定性等方面的差异性。 4.基于拓宽公路路堤挡土墙有限元模型,分析了在不同的拓宽方式、新路堤重度、新路堤弹性模量、新地基弹性模量及挡土墙下地基弹性模量等因素下对拓宽路堤的差异沉降和挡土墙的受力影响。通过对拓宽公路路堤差异沉降容许值控制标准研究,得到了差异沉降控制标准。
[Abstract]:In the expressway widening project, in order to solve the problems of land scarcity on both sides of the highway or the difficulty of secondary land requisition, the plan of setting retaining wall outside the embankment is often adopted to shrink the slope foot and reduce the area of land occupied. In the application of widening the retaining wall of highway embankment, the mechanical and deformation characteristics of the widening embankment retaining wall are not clear, and the factors of differential settlement are not clearly considered. Based on the combination of field test and numerical simulation, the force and deformation law of the retaining wall of widening highway embankment are analyzed and studied preliminarily, and the progress in the following aspects is mainly achieved:. 1. Combining with the project of widening embankment retaining wall of Hangjin-qu Expressway, the main problems existing in the research and application of widening highway embankment retaining wall are put forward, and the theoretical analysis is carried out. 2. The field data of displacement of retaining wall, earth pressure of retaining wall and displacement deformation of embankment are obtained through engineering field test. The stress and deformation law of the retaining wall are analyzed: the retaining wall is in RTT mode. The distribution of earth pressure of the retaining wall is large in the upper part and fluctuating in the middle and lower part. 3. By using finite element analysis method, the finite element simulation results of widening the retaining wall of highway embankment and the retaining wall of newly built highway embankment are compared and analyzed, and the displacement of the widening retaining wall of highway embankment and the retaining wall of new highway embankment is obtained. Differences in earth pressure and plastic zone and stability. 4. Based on the finite element model of widening the retaining wall of highway embankment, the paper analyzes the elastic modulus of the new embankment in different widening ways, the new embankment is heavy, and the new embankment has elastic modulus. Under the factors of elastic modulus of new foundation and elastic modulus of foundation under retaining wall, the differential settlement of widening embankment and the force of retaining wall are affected. The control standard of differential settlement of widening highway embankment is obtained by studying the allowable value of differential settlement of widening highway embankment.
