快速公交运行延误及改善方法研究

【摘要】：快速公交系统(Bus Rapid Transit, BRT)作为一种介于轨道交通和常规公交之间交通方式,由于其造价低、设置灵活、建设周期短、运营速度快、运量大等特点,成为城市选择解决城市公共交通问题的有效途径,国内许多城市都积极提出BRT计划,并建设建成了BRT系统。但在城市道路拥堵的环境下,BRT系统在运营过程中,仍会存在运行效率低下、运营管理不当等问题。以此为背景,本论文就BRT运行延误及改善方法进行研究。本论文主要对BRT运行特征的统计特性、延误模型的构建和运行延误的改善与优化方法三个关键问题进行研究。在运行特征的统计特性方面,针对BRT系统的组成和优劣势进行阐述,分析了影响BRT运行特性的因素,提出了BRT运行延误的定义并分析了衡量运行延误的指标；对于延误模型的构建问题,针对BRT在停靠站、交叉口、路段的运行特征,分析了影响BRT运行延误的因素,研究BRT在运行中产生的损失时间,并通过演化和修正,建立快速公交运行延误模型；在运行延误的改善与优化方法方面,论文从停靠站、交叉口和路段的角度,针对BRT运行状态的变化,提出相应改善BRT运行延误的优化策略,从而减少BRT在运行过程中产生的损失时间,提高BRT的运行效率。目前国内针对BRT运行延误的分析与研究较少,论文在研究常规公交运行延误和BRT运行特征的基础上,通过延误模型计算BRT运行的损失时间,从而提出针对济南市BRT系统的改进意见和措施,以改善BRT系统运营现状,提高BRT运营效率,为城市公共客运部门提供科学的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Bus Rapid transit (BRTs), as a traffic mode between rail transit and conventional public transport, is characterized by its low cost, flexible setting, short construction period, fast operation speed and large volume of traffic. It has become an effective way for cities to choose and solve the problems of urban public transport. Many cities in China have actively proposed BRT plans and built up BRT systems. However, under the environment of urban road congestion, the BRT system is in the process of operation. There will still be some problems such as inefficient operation, improper operation management and so on. Based on this background, this paper studies the delay and improvement methods of BRT operation. This paper mainly focuses on the statistical characteristics of BRT operation characteristics. The construction of delay model and the improvement and optimization methods of running delay are studied. In terms of the statistical characteristics of operation characteristics, the composition and advantages and disadvantages of BRT system are expounded, and the factors influencing the operation characteristics of BRT are analyzed. This paper puts forward the definition of BRT delay and analyzes the index to measure the delay. For the construction of delay model, the factors influencing the delay of BRT are analyzed in view of the running characteristics of BRT at docking stations, intersections and sections of road. The lost time of BRT in operation is studied, and the model of bus rapid transit delay is established by evolution and modification, and the improvement and optimization methods of operation delay are discussed from the point of view of bus stop, intersection and section. In view of the change of BRT running state, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy to improve the running delay of BRT, so as to reduce the loss time of BRT in the running process and improve the running efficiency of BRT. At present, the analysis and research on the running delay of BRT are few in our country. On the basis of studying the delay of routine public transportation and the characteristics of BRT operation, the paper calculates the loss time of BRT operation by delay model, and then puts forward some suggestions and measures for improving BRT system in Jinan, in order to improve the current operation situation of BRT system. To improve the efficiency of BRT operation, to provide a scientific reference for the urban public passenger transport department.
