冷补沥青混合料设计及其耐久性能研究

【摘要】:坑槽是沥青路面最常见的病害之一,目前道路养护部门主要采用热拌沥青混合料对坑槽进行修补,但其受施工环境温度和坑槽规模影响较大,而冷补沥青混合料具有受环境温度影响较小、快速修补、高效环保等优点,逐渐被应用到道路养护的工作中。由于国内冷补沥青混合料引入较晚,对其研究较少,市场上的冷补沥青混合料质量良莠不齐,多侧重其快速修补的性能,对其耐久性等长期性能研究较少,因此本文主要进行了两部分的研究,一是完成冷补沥青混合料设计,二是研究冷补沥青混合料的耐久性能。冷补沥青混合料设计包括级配设计和结合料设计两方面。本文采用表面垂直振动压实试验仪完成基于振动法的冷补沥青混合料粗级配设计,以空隙率和强度指标为标准完成细集料级配设计,从而完成最大粒径分别为16mm和13.2mm的级配设计;以经验公式为基准,以工作性能和马歇尔试验指标为标准,完成乳化沥青型、稀释沥青型、稀释沥青+树脂型等三种类型冷补沥青结合料设计。对冷补沥青混合料的路用性能进行室内试验研究分析,主要包括工作性能、初始强度、中期强度、后期强度、高温稳定性等。在现有的沥青混合料规程指标和试验方法的基础上进行改进,修正和总结出一套适用于冷补沥青混合料的试验方法和指标。本文对冷补沥青混合料的耐久性能进行重点研究。首先对耐久性能进行明确定义;其次,确定使用抗剥落性能与水稳定性能对耐久性能进行评价,采用自主设计轮式加速磨光机抗剥落性能试验,以质量损失率为指标,研究纤维类型、养生时间、级配类型、冷补料类型以及坑槽类型对抗剥落性能的影响;最后以黏附性试验,真空饱水马歇尔试验以及冻融劈裂试验评价冷补沥青混合料的水稳定性能。本文在室内试验基础上进行了室外坑槽修补实验,跟踪检测其路用性能与耐久性能的情况,总结冷补沥青混合料的施工工艺并对其经济效益以及社会效益进行分析。
[Abstract]:Pothole is one of the most common diseases of asphalt pavement. At present, hot mix asphalt mixture is mainly used in road maintenance department to repair the pit, but it is greatly affected by the temperature of construction environment and the scale of pothole. The cold filled asphalt mixture has the advantages of less influence of environment temperature, rapid repair, high efficiency and environmental protection, and has been gradually applied to the road maintenance work. Because of the late introduction of cold supplementary asphalt mixture in China, there is less research on it. The quality of cold-filled asphalt mixture in the market is mixed, focusing on the performance of its rapid repair, and the long-term performance of its durability is less studied, so this paper mainly carried out two parts of research, one is to complete the design of cold-filled asphalt mixture. The second is to study the durability of cold filled asphalt mixture. The design of cold supplementary asphalt mixture includes gradation design and binder design. In this paper, the surface vertical vibration compaction tester is used to complete the cold supplementary asphalt mixture based on vibration method. Coarse gradation design, The fine aggregate gradation design was completed by using the porosity and strength index as the standard, and the gradation design with the maximum particle size of 16mm and 13.2 mm respectively was completed, and the emulsified asphalt type was completed with the empirical formula as the benchmark, the working performance and the Marshall test index as the standard. Design of three kinds of cold filled asphalt binder, including dilute asphalt type, dilute asphalt resin type, etc. The road performance of cold supplementary asphalt mixture is studied and analyzed in laboratory, mainly including working performance, initial strength, intermediate strength, later strength, High temperature stability and so on. On the basis of the existing specifications and test methods of asphalt mixture, A set of test methods and indexes suitable for cold supplementary asphalt mixture are revised and summarized. The durability of cold supplementary asphalt mixture is studied emphatically in this paper. First, the durability of asphalt mixture is defined clearly; secondly, It is determined to evaluate the durability by using the anti-peeling performance and the water stability performance. The self-designed wheel accelerated polishing machine is used to test the anti-flaking performance, and the quality loss rate is taken as the index to study the fiber type, health preservation time and grading type. Effects of cold feed type and pothole type on peeling resistance; finally, adhesion test, The water stability of cold-filled asphalt mixture was evaluated by vacuum saturated Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test. Based on the indoor test, an outdoor pit repair experiment was carried out to track and test the road performance and durability of the asphalt mixture. The construction technology of cold-filled asphalt mixture is summarized and its economic and social benefits are analyzed.
