历史街区慢行交通吸引量预测与街区空间规划研究

【摘要】:记载着城市发展进程的历史街区,就像是一本厚重的书籍,蕴涵着丰富的城市历史文化。《城市规划原理》中界定的历史街区:保存有一定数量和规模的历史建筑物、构筑物、且风貌相对完整的地段,以及历史保护区再造的历史街区。再造历史街区是在尊重历史原貌的基础上对已消亡了的历史街区进行还原和再现,它除承担交通功能外,还承担着旅游、商业、休闲、文化等功能。目前,中西部城市交通发展迅速,对以慢行作为主要交通方式的再造历史街区产生的冲击越来越大,针对这一现象,文中开展了关于再造历史街区慢行交通的研究。 本文主要将新规划保护区再造历史街区作为研究对象,首先对再造历史街区的慢行交通吸引力进行了研究,以西安大唐不夜城为例,分析了影响慢行交通的主要因素,并借助SPSS软件对西安市主城区多个景点的吸引度进行计算和排序,根据景点再造历史街区交通方式划分,,进而计算再造历史街区慢行交通吸引量。根据西安市旅游总量、大唐不夜城吸引力及各种交通方式所占比例,得出了大唐不夜城历史街区的慢行交通量。然后以大唐不夜城慢行交通空间为例,分析了目前慢行交通空间现状及其存在问题,并从慢行通道空间规划、慢行交通布局及组织、景观设计、行为感知、历史街区的特色塑造等方面对慢行交通空间提出了人性化建议,有助于进一步提升再造历史街区的品味和价值;最后对大唐不夜城的交通布局及交通组织现状进行了详细分析,并针对慢行交通在运行过程中出现的问题,提出了具体的慢行交通布局及交通组织的改进措施与改善建议。
[Abstract]:The historical blocks that record the progress of urban development are like a thick book, containing rich urban history and culture. The historical blocks defined in the principles of Urban Planning: the preservation of historical buildings and structures of a certain number and scale. The reconstituted historical district is to restore and reproduce the dead historical district on the basis of respecting the historical original appearance. It also has the functions of tourism, commerce, leisure, culture and so on. At present, the urban transportation in the central and western regions is developing rapidly, and the impact on the reconstruction of historical blocks, which uses slow travel as the main mode of transportation, is becoming more and more serious. In view of this phenomenon, This paper carried out a study on the slow-moving traffic in historical blocks. This paper mainly takes the new protected area as the research object. First of all, the paper studies the slow traffic attraction of the redeveloped historical district. Taking the Xi'an Datang Nightnight City as an example, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the slow traffic. With the help of SPSS software, the attraction degree of several scenic spots in Xi'an city is calculated and sorted, and the traffic pattern of the historic district is divided according to the scenic spots, and then the slow traffic attraction of the reconstructed historical block is calculated. According to the total tourism volume of Xi'an, Based on the attraction and proportion of various traffic modes of Datang City, the slow traffic volume of the historic district of Datang Night City is obtained. Then, taking the slow traffic space of Datang City as an example, the present situation of slow traffic space and its existing problems are analyzed. And from the aspects of slow passage space planning, slow traffic layout and organization, landscape design, behavior perception, historical block characteristics and other aspects of the slow traffic space put forward human suggestions, It is helpful to further enhance the taste and value of reconstructing historical blocks. Finally, the traffic layout and traffic organization of Datang Night-night City are analyzed in detail, and the problems of slow traffic in the course of operation are analyzed in detail. The improvement measures and suggestions of slow traffic layout and traffic organization are put forward.
