斜交空心板桥受力特性的数值分析与实验研究

【摘要】:装配式简支空心板桥由于其自身具有结构简单、施工方便、用材经济、建筑高度小、吊装重量轻等优点,在我国公路建设中得到了广泛的应用。当跨越的江、河或者已有道路等障碍物与桥梁线形不是正交时,通常把空心板桥修建为斜交的形式。有关研究资料表明,斜交空心板桥与正交空心板桥的受力特性存在显著差异;斜交角的存在,使斜交空心板桥的受力性能变得复杂化。斜交角度对该类桥梁的受力特性有很大的影响,但斜交角度对该类桥梁各项力学性能的影响程度如何?影响规律是如何变化的?目前还缺乏统一的认识。随着服役期的延长,该类桥梁结构出现了顺桥向的纵向裂缝,“单板受力”等病害。因此,可以认为该类桥梁的设计理论和设计方法还存在需要完善和改进的地方。 为了从本质上剖析斜交空心板桥的受力特性,为该类桥梁设计方法的改进提供理论支撑,本文采用数值分析和实际测试相结合的方法,开展了斜交空心板桥的受力特性研究,主要探讨了斜交角度对该类桥梁静力特性和动力特性的影响。依托长春绕城高速某跨径16米空心板梁桥,针对斜交角度对简支空心板梁桥的受力特性影响,本文开展了如下工作: 1.基于汉勃利的剪力柔性梁格理论,利用Midas Civil建立了斜交空心板梁桥的有限元模型,并对其进行现场测试,以此来验证模型的准确性。 2.针对斜交角度对简支空心板梁桥静力特性的影响,提取不同斜交角度下简支空心板梁桥跨中的弯矩、位移、应力,对比斜交角度对简支空心板梁静力特性的影响。并依据有限元方法计算简支空心板梁桥在不同斜交角度下的荷载横向分布系数。 3.利用子空间迭代法,分析不同斜交角度下简支空心板梁桥的动力特性,并得出斜交角度对结构动力性能的影响规律。
[Abstract]:The fabricated simply supported hollow slab bridge has been widely used in the highway construction of our country because of its advantages of simple structure, convenient construction, economical material use, small building height, light lifting weight, etc. When obstacles such as river or existing roads are not orthogonal to the bridge, the hollow slab bridge is usually constructed as an oblique intersection. The research data show that there is a significant difference between the oblique hollow slab bridge and the orthogonal hollow slab bridge. The existence of oblique angle makes the mechanical performance of skew hollow slab bridge more complicated. The oblique angle has a great influence on the mechanical characteristics of this kind of bridge, but what is the degree of the influence of the oblique angle on the mechanical properties of this kind of bridge? How does the law of influence change? At present, there is a lack of unified understanding. With the extension of service period, there are longitudinal cracks along the bridge, "veneer force" and other diseases. It can be considered that the design theory and design method of this kind of bridge still need to be perfected and improved. In order to analyze the mechanical characteristics of skew hollow slab bridge in essence and provide theoretical support for the improvement of this kind of bridge design method, this paper adopts the method of combining numerical analysis and practical test to study the mechanical characteristics of skew cross hollow slab bridge. This paper mainly discusses the influence of oblique angle on static and dynamic characteristics of this kind of bridge. Based on a 16m hollow slab girder bridge with a span of around Changchun, the influence of skew angle on the mechanical characteristics of simply supported hollow slab girder bridge is discussed. The work of this paper is as follows:. 1. The finite element model of skew hollow slab girder bridge is established by using Midas Civil based on Humbley's theory of shearing flexible beam, and the field test is carried out to verify the accuracy of the model. 2. In view of the influence of skew angle on static characteristics of simply supported hollow slab girder bridge, the moment, displacement and stress in the span of simply supported hollow slab girder bridge are extracted under different skew angles. The influence of skew angle on static behavior of simply supported hollow slab beam is contrasted, and the load transverse distribution coefficient of simply supported hollow slab girder bridge under different skew angles is calculated by finite element method. 3. By using subspace iteration method, the dynamic characteristics of simply supported hollow slab girder bridges with different skew angles are analyzed, and the influence of skew angle on the dynamic performance of the structure is obtained.
