德夯风景名胜区旅游道路建设工程环境影响评价

【摘要】:德夯风景名胜区共分为五个区,分别是一级保护区、二级保护区、三级保护区、旅游村镇风貌协调保护区(矮寨镇)和外围保护区等五个区域,其中前四项属于风景区范围,后一项在风景区范围之外。首先对五个区的生态环境、大气环境、水环境、声环境、固废环境进行实地考察与样品分析,从而对道路建设过程中土壤质量变化及其对周边环境进行评价与预测,并提出解决方案。随着道路的建设,对生态环境的影响主要表现在会破坏部分地表和植被,造成一定程度的水土流失。施工期间土石方开挖、填筑、弃渣等将破坏项目区原有地貌和植被,扰动了表土结构,致使土体抗蚀能力降低,土壤侵蚀加剧。对大气环境的影响主要是施工营运期间将对环境空气造成污染的工程行为主要为施工时灰土拌和、施工机械及运输车辆产生的二次扬尘以及沥青烟污染。施工营运期对水环境的影响主要来自于施工人员生活污水的排放、施工拌和废水的排放、施工机械含油废水排放以及施工材料堆放在水体附近被雨水冲刷对水体的污染。施工营运期间的噪声污染则会对当地居民的居住造成一定的影响。此外施工营运期间产生的生活垃圾和建设垃圾会影响周边的环境。本文通过对德夯风景名胜区道路建设施工营运期间的环境影响进行预测,制定相应的解决方案以及环境保护措施,达到经济与环境的双赢。
[Abstract]:The Depan scenic spot area is divided into five regions, namely, the first class reserve, the second class reserve, the third class reserve, the tourism village and town coordination protection area (dwarf village town) and the peripheral protected area, the first four of which belong to the scope of the scenic area. The latter item is outside the scope of the scenic area. First, the ecological environment, atmospheric environment, water environment, sound environment, solid waste environment of the five districts are investigated on the spot and the samples are analyzed. Therefore, the changes of soil quality in the course of road construction and the evaluation and prediction of the surrounding environment are evaluated and predicted, and the solutions are put forward. With the construction of the road, the impact on the ecological environment is mainly reflected in the destruction of part of the surface and vegetation. Soil and water loss will be caused to a certain extent during construction. Excavation, filling and disposal of slag during construction will destroy the original landforms and vegetation in the project area, disturb the topsoil structure, and reduce the ability of soil to resist erosion. Soil erosion intensifies. The main impact on the atmospheric environment is that the engineering behavior that pollutes the ambient air during construction operation is mainly the mixing of lime and soil during construction. The secondary dust from construction machinery and transport vehicles and the pollution of bitumen fume. The influence of construction operation period on water environment mainly comes from the discharge of construction workers' domestic sewage, the discharge of construction mixing wastewater, The discharge of oily waste water from construction machinery and the pollution of construction materials by Rain Water in the vicinity of water body. The noise pollution during construction and operation will have a certain impact on the local residents. In addition, the construction operation will have a certain impact on local residents. The surrounding environment will be affected by the domestic waste and construction refuse generated during the period. This paper forecasts the environmental impact during the construction and operation of the roads in the Dehang Scenic area. Develop corresponding solutions and environmental protection measures to achieve economic and environmental win-win.
