基于手机信令技术的区域交通出行特征研究

【摘要】:随着城市化和机动化进程的加快,国内几乎所有城市的人员出行特征、出行规律都在不断发生变化。为全面了解城市的交通特征情况,各大城市越来越重视交通调查工作,以获取最新的交通出行特征数据,支持城市的交通规划和管理。 传统的出行调查方法由于耗资巨大、调查周期较长等原因,难以获取实时、广域的出行信息。随着基于手机定位、无线通信网络信令监控平台等技术的发展,结合无线通讯网络的信令数据、话单数据,利用已经相当普及的个人手机作为交通探测器,可获取更加接近于全体人员的出行信息。该方法可弥补传统出行调查方法的不足,获得广域、大范围、实时的人员出行信息。 本文旨在通过该项新技术,结合通信运营商提供的手机信令数据,经过相应的模型算法处理,提取出行特征数据,进而分析居民的交通出行特征。在此基础上,结合手机信令数据分析得到区域(重庆市一小时经济圈)间出行OD数据,对区域出行分布模型进行标定和更新,为区域出行分布预测提供理论支撑和技术指导。主要研究内容如下: √从移动通信角度出发,系统性总结了通信基础理论知识,包括GSM移动通信系统,手机定位技术,并确定本文采用的手机定位方法——手机切换定位。在此基础上,介绍相关的切换控制理论知识。 √从交通出行角度出发,对居民出行的内涵进行概括总结,并提出通过手机停留时间来识别手机出行;分析出行次数、出行方式、出行目的等出行特征量化指标;对两种居民出行调查方法进行细致剖析,分析各自的优劣势。 √详细分析手机信令数据的提取、预处理等过程,并对手机信令数据特征进行细致的分析。在此基础上,设计基于手机信令的区域出行特征研究方案,对研究的区域进行界定,并对信令分析各关键技术进行深入研究。最后,以重庆为例,通过出行OD分布、出行目的地分布和出行时间分布等实例验证信令数据应用于出行特征分析的可行性和适用性。 √提出基于手机信令技术的一个新应用——区域出行分布模型更新。本文基于手机信令技术获取的大区域间(重庆市一小时经济圈)现状出行OD数据,选取常用的修正重力模型并对其进行参数标定和更新,确定模型参数适宜的取值范围,得到适宜于研究区域的出行分布模型。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and motorization, the travel characteristics and travel rules of almost all cities in China are constantly changing. In order to fully understand the traffic characteristics of cities, more and more major cities attach importance to traffic investigation work. In order to obtain the latest traffic travel feature data to support the urban traffic planning and management. Traditional travel survey methods are difficult to obtain real-time and wide-area travel information due to the huge cost and long investigation period. With the development of mobile phone positioning, wireless communication network signaling monitoring platform and other technologies, Combining the signalling data of wireless communication network and the data of telephone, using the already popular personal mobile phone as the traffic detector, we can obtain the travel information which is closer to all the people, and this method can make up for the deficiency of the traditional method of trip investigation. Access to wide-area, large-range, real-time travel information. The purpose of this paper is to extract the travel characteristic data through the new technology, combined with the mobile phone signaling data provided by the communication operators, through the corresponding model algorithm processing, and then analyze the residents' travel characteristics. Based on the mobile phone signaling data analysis, the travel OD data between regions (Chongqing one-hour economic circle) are obtained, and the regional travel distribution model is calibrated and updated. To provide theoretical support and technical guidance for regional travel distribution prediction. The main research contents are as follows:. From the point of view of mobile communication, this paper systematically summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge of communication, including GSM mobile communication system, mobile phone location technology, and determines the mobile phone location method adopted in this paper-mobile phone switching location. The related knowledge of switching control theory is introduced. From the point of view of traffic travel, this paper summarizes the connotation of resident travel, and puts forward that mobile phone travel can be identified by mobile phone residence time, and the quantitative index of travel characteristics, such as number of trips, trip mode, travel purpose and so on, should be analyzed. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the two kinds of residents' trip investigation methods and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of detailed analysis of the process of mobile phone signaling data extraction and pretreatment, and the detailed analysis of mobile phone signaling data features, the paper designs a research scheme of regional travel characteristics based on mobile phone signaling. The research area is defined, and the key technologies of signaling analysis are deeply studied. Finally, taking Chongqing as an example, through the travel OD distribution, Examples such as travel destination distribution and trip time distribution verify the feasibility and applicability of signalling data applied to travel feature analysis. A new application based on mobile signaling technology, regional travel distribution model updating, is proposed. Based on mobile signaling technology, the current travel OD data between large regions (Chongqing one-hour economic circle) are obtained in this paper. The commonly used modified gravity model is selected and calibrated and updated to determine the appropriate range of model parameters and to obtain a travel distribution model suitable for the study area.
