基于模糊综合评价法的大件物流方案优化研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济的发展,国内外大型的建设项目越来越多,这些工程项目涉及国家基础建设、国民生活、经济发展、地区交通等方方面面,例如大型石化项目、水电项目、能源项目等等。在大型工程项目的实施过程中,需要运输较多的大件设备,大件物流应运而生。大件设备由于其自身体积较大、质量较重、不可分解的特点,运输过程比普通货物的运输过程难度更大,对承运人的要求更高,因此,如何科学合理的设计大件物流运输方案是一个值得研究的课题。本文首先阐述了大件物流的理论概念,将大件物流与传统物流进行了比较分析。其次,介绍了大件物流的主要运输设备、运输方式和设计大件物流方案时需要遵循的原则。进而介绍了优化大件物流方案的常用方法,并对模糊综合评价法进行了具体阐述。最后通过某大型设备运输方案的实例研究验证了模糊综合评价法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global economy, there are more and more large-scale construction projects at home and abroad. These projects involve national infrastructure construction, national life, economic development, regional transportation and other aspects, such as large-scale petrochemical projects, hydropower projects, etc. Energy projects and so on. In the implementation of large-scale engineering projects, the need to transport more large equipment, large logistics came into being. Because of its large volume, heavy quality and indecomposable characteristics, the transport process of large equipment is more difficult than that of ordinary goods, and the requirements of the carrier are higher. How to scientifically and reasonably design large-part logistics transportation scheme is a subject worth studying. In this paper, the theoretical concept of large part logistics is first expounded, and the comparison between large part logistics and traditional logistics is carried out. Secondly, the main transportation equipment of large part logistics is introduced. The transportation mode and the principles to be followed in the design of the large logistics scheme are introduced, and the common methods for optimizing the large part logistics scheme are also introduced. Finally, the effectiveness of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is verified by a case study of a large equipment transportation scheme.
