路基设计参数对路面设计的影响分析

【摘要】:在进行路面组合设计的时候,除了要考虑路面的结构组合设计还要考虑到土基的情况,土基回弹模量是反应土基性能的重要指标,,它的确定受到各种因素的影响,如土的类型、压实度和含水量等。本文通过对各个地区实验数据的收集和分析,对上述各个因素对土基的影响做出了简要分析,得到了各个因素对土基的宏观影响规律。 本文以土基回弹模量这个重要的影响因素为核心,分析了路面结构层参数(面层、基层、底基层的厚度和模量)和土基回弹模量对路表弯沉、土基顶面弯沉和层底弯拉应力等路面设计指标的综合影响。此外本文在水泥混凝土路面设计中也做出了相应分析,探究了土基回弹模量对板底当量回弹模量和水泥混凝土板底荷载应力的影响情况。路面的整个设计过程都会受到土基回弹模量的影响。本文按照不同月份的土基回弹模量的变化情况提出了改进的土基回弹模量,对我国土基回弹模量的选取进行了优化,为路面设计提供了参考。
[Abstract]:In pavement combination design, in addition to considering the structural combination design of pavement, the soil foundation resilience modulus is an important index to reflect the performance of soil foundation, and its determination is affected by various factors, such as the type of soil. Through the collection and analysis of experimental data in various regions, the influence of the above factors on soil foundation is briefly analyzed, and the macroscopic influence law of each factor on soil foundation is obtained. In this paper, the parameters of pavement structure layer (the thickness and modulus of surface layer, base course and base base) and the modulus of resilience of soil foundation are analyzed for the deflection of road surface, taking the modulus of resilience of soil foundation as the core. The comprehensive influence of the pavement design indexes such as the deflection of the top surface of the soil foundation and the bending and tensile stress on the bottom of the soil foundation, and the corresponding analysis in the design of the cement concrete pavement are also made in this paper. The influence of the modulus of resilience of soil foundation on the equivalent modulus of springback of slab bottom and the load stress on the floor of cement concrete slab is investigated. The whole design process of pavement will be affected by the modulus of resilience of soil foundation. The improved elastic modulus of soil foundation is proposed for the variation of resilience modulus. The selection of resilience modulus of soil foundation in China is optimized, which provides a reference for pavement design.
