低等级公路碾压混凝土路面结构设计研究

【摘要】:碾压混凝土是一种低水胶比、低收缩、高抗折强度,施工时需要振动碾压成型的混凝土。其主要特点是节约水泥、施工速度快,而且不需要模板,造价低等,因此,碾压混凝土适合修筑低等级公路路面。合理的路面结构是保证道路路面耐久性的重要保证。本文依托四川省苍溪县科技项目《农村公路碾压混凝土路面研究》,对低等级公路碾压混凝土路面结构进行研究。 采用有限元方法,建立低等级公路碾压混凝土路面荷载应力模型和温度应力模型,应用Midas FEA三维有限元软件模拟道路受到的车辆荷载和温度应力,分析面层厚度、面层模量、基层模量、基层厚度和土基模量等对温度应力和荷载应力的影响规律。通过极差分析方法,得到各个设计参数对荷载应力和温度应力影响的大小,提出碾压混凝土路面荷载应力和温度应力计算公式。在路面应力分析的基础之上选择不同的基层形式,分别计算分析设计参数对面层厚度的影响。根据低等级公路修筑时就地取材的原则,分别设计在中、轻交通量下,以级配碎石和水泥稳定碎石为基层的两种低等级公路碾压混凝土路面典型结构。结合低等级公路的路面结构特点,从碾压混凝土材料特性出发,重点研究碾压混凝土抗折强度、抗折弹性模量和干缩性能对路面结构设计的影响。 研究砂率和单位体积用水量对碾压混凝土稠度的影响,提出路面碾压混凝土施工工艺和需要注意的问题。同时研究碾压混凝土施工关键技术,包括:碾压混凝土工作性的控制、平整度的控制、施工缝的处理以及路面养生和开放交通的问题,以便为碾压混凝土路面的施工提供参考。
[Abstract]:Roller compacted concrete (RCC) is a kind of concrete with low water-binder ratio, low shrinkage, high flexural strength and needs vibration compaction during construction. Its main characteristics are cement saving, fast construction speed, no need of formwork, low cost, etc. Roller compacted concrete is suitable for the construction of low grade highway pavement. Reasonable pavement structure is an important guarantee to ensure the durability of road pavement. This paper relies on the scientific and technological project of Cangxi County, Sichuan Province, "Research on RCC pavement of Rural Highway". The structure of roller compacted concrete pavement of low grade highway is studied. Using finite element method, the load stress model and temperature stress model of low grade highway RCC pavement are established. The vehicle load and temperature stress on road are simulated by Midas FEA 3D finite element software, and the thickness and modulus of surface layer are analyzed. The influence of the basic modulus, the thickness of the base and the modulus of the soil foundation on the temperature stress and the load stress is obtained. By means of the range analysis method, the magnitude of the influence of each design parameter on the load stress and the temperature stress is obtained. The formulas for calculating load stress and temperature stress of roller compacted concrete pavement are put forward. Calculate and analyze the influence of the design parameters on the thickness of the opposite layer respectively. According to the principle of using local materials in the construction of the low-grade highway, the design is designed separately under the medium and light traffic volume, Based on graded crushed stone and cement stabilized macadam, two typical structures of low grade highway roller compacted concrete pavement are presented. Based on the pavement structure characteristics of low grade highway, the flexural strength of roller compacted concrete is studied emphatically from the characteristics of roller compacted concrete material. The influence of flexural modulus and dry shrinkage on pavement structure design. This paper studies the influence of sand ratio and water consumption per unit volume on the consistency of RCC, puts forward the construction technology and problems needing attention of RCC, and studies the key technology of RCC construction. It includes the control of roller compacted concrete workability, the control of smoothness, the treatment of construction joints, the maintenance of road surface and the open traffic, so as to provide reference for the construction of roller compacted concrete pavement.
