含钢率对正常使用极限状态下总溪河钢管混凝土拱肋应力影响分析

【摘要】:含钢率是影响钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋受力的重要参数,为研究含钢率对大跨度钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋钢管和管内混凝土应力的影响规律,模拟钢管混凝土拱桥施工过程,采用三阶段应力叠加法,分析了含钢率影响拱肋应力的机理。以贵州省总溪河大桥为例,采用有限元方法进行了计算验证。计算结果表明:在荷载不变的情况下,含钢率减小会使得正常使用极限状态下钢管与混凝土的应力增加,但钢管与混凝土应力增加的幅度要小于含钢率减小的幅度。含钢率减小虽然会降低钢管混凝土拱肋的刚度和极限承载力,但对于正常使用极限状态下充分发挥混凝土的承载作用是有利的。
[Abstract]:The steel content ratio is an important parameter that affects the stress of arch rib of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge. In order to study the influence of steel content ratio on the stress of steel tube and concrete inside the arch rib of long-span CFST arch bridge, the construction process of CFST arch bridge is simulated. The mechanism of the influence of steel content on arch rib stress is analyzed by using the three stage stress superposition method. Taking the Tongxihe Bridge in Guizhou Province as an example, the finite element method is used to verify the calculation. The calculation results show that: under the condition that the load is invariable, The decrease of steel content will increase the stress of steel tube and concrete under the limit state of normal service. However, the stress increase of steel tube and concrete is smaller than that of steel content ratio, although the reduction of steel content ratio will reduce the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube arch rib. However, it is advantageous to give full play to the bearing capacity of concrete under the limit state of normal use.
