高填方的覆土波纹钢板圆管涵力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:摘要:波纹钢板桥涵相比较混凝土桥涵具有施工速度快、更加经济的优点,近年来在国内应用广泛,但是国内对于该类结构的研究工作却未跟上发展的需要,没有制定出适合我国的设计施工规范,设计和施工时需要参考国外的规范,带来不便,因此对该类结构力学性能的研究具有重要意义。 本文针对高填方的波纹钢板圆管涵,通过现场试验和有限元模拟方法来研究其力学性能。现场监测了跨径为2.5m(管顶填土高度18.6m)和4m(管顶填土高度16.4m)的两道波纹钢板圆管涵施工过程,通过布置位移测点、土压力盒和应变片,得到高填方的波纹钢板圆管涵施工填土过程中结构的变形、土压力和内力的数值,分析出其随填土高度增加下的变化规律。 随后建立二维有限元模型,通过数值模拟与试验值的对比,验证了试验结果的正确性和模型建立的合理性。然后针对高填方条件下的土压力计算方法,通过模型计算值和试验值的对比,建议采用非线性土压力公式进行高填方波纹钢板桥涵土压力计算。对高填方波纹钢板圆管涵的减载问题,针对实际工程,采用铺设柔性填料法,建立有限元模型,计算得出管涵上方所受的土压力值减小50%,验证了此类减载方法的有效性和合理性。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: compared with concrete bridge and culvert, corrugated steel plate bridge and culvert has the advantages of faster construction speed and more economical construction, and has been widely used in China in recent years, but the research work on this kind of structure has not kept up with the need of development.There is no design and construction code suitable for our country. It is inconvenient to refer to foreign codes when designing and constructing, so it is of great significance to study the mechanical properties of this kind of structure.In this paper, the mechanical properties of corrugated steel plate culvert with high fill are studied by field test and finite element simulation.The construction process of two corrugated steel pipe culverts with a span of 2.5 m (pipe top fill height 18.6m) and 4m (pipe top fill height 16.4 m) was monitored. Displacement measuring points, earth pressure boxes and strain gauges were arranged.The deformation, earth pressure and internal force of the structure during the construction of the corrugated steel plate circular pipe culvert with high fill are obtained, and the variation law of the structure with the increase of the filling height is analyzed.Then a two-dimensional finite element model is established, and the correctness of the experimental results and the rationality of the model are verified by comparing the numerical simulation with the experimental results.Then, according to the calculation method of earth pressure under high fill condition, through the comparison of model calculation value and test value, it is suggested that the nonlinear earth pressure formula be used to calculate the earth pressure of high fill corrugated steel plate bridge and culvert.In view of the practical engineering, the finite element model is established by laying flexible packing method to solve the load reduction problem of high fill corrugated steel plate pipe culvert.The calculation results show that the earth pressure over the culvert is reduced by 50%, which verifies the validity and rationality of this method.
