厂拌乳化沥青冷再生在公路中的应用研究

【摘要】:沥青混凝土再生技术应用于公路中,可以提高资源的利用率、降低公路建设的成本以及保护生态环境,对促进我国公路建设的可持续性发展和发展低碳经济具有非常重大的现实意义。 论文分析了乳化沥青冷再生技术在国内外的研究现状,研究利用铣刨的旧沥青路面材料(RAP),添加新料及掺加乳化沥青进行厂拌冷再生。通过乳化沥青、RAP料的各项性能指标试验、厂拌乳化沥青冷再生配合比设计研究,确定合理的再生沥青混合料级配,结合乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能,并根据乳化沥青冷再生混合料技术要求,,推荐了乳化沥青冷再生配合比和最佳乳化沥青用量;研究了延迟时间对厂拌乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能的影响,以及厂拌乳化沥青混合料施工工艺和厂拌乳化沥青冷再生经济性。论文通过乳化沥青性能及拌和效果、空隙率以及劈裂强度等一系列指标的比较,综合得出阳离子慢裂中凝型乳化沥青适宜进行乳化沥青冷再生。通过试验路实施,验证了室内研究成果,提出了厂拌乳化沥青混合料施工技术要点。
[Abstract]:The application of asphalt concrete recycling technology in highway can improve the utilization of resources, reduce the cost of highway construction and protect the ecological environment. It is of great practical significance to promote the sustainable development of highway construction and develop low-carbon economy in China. This paper analyzes the research status of cold recycling technology of emulsified asphalt at home and abroad, and studies the use of old asphalt pavement material, adding new materials and adding emulsified asphalt for cold recycling. Through the performance test of emulsified asphalt / rap mixture and the design of cold recycled mixture ratio of emulsified asphalt, the reasonable gradation of recycled asphalt mixture is determined, and the performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture is combined with that of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture. According to the technical requirements of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture, the ratio of cold recycled emulsified asphalt and the optimum emulsified asphalt content are recommended, and the effect of delay time on the performance of cold recycled asphalt mixture is studied. And the construction technology of factory-mixed emulsified asphalt mixture and the economy of cold-regeneration of factory-mixed emulsified asphalt. By comparing the properties of emulsified asphalt, mixing effect, void ratio and splitting strength, it is concluded that the cationic slow cracking emulsified asphalt is suitable for cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt. Through the implementation of the test road, the indoor research results are verified, and the key points of construction technology of the factory-mixed emulsified asphalt mixture are put forward.
