地铁区间盾构隧道对上覆土层及邻近建筑物基底变形影响研究

【摘要】:伴随着大型城市人口的不断集中,城市交通堵塞瘫痪成为了制约我国城市经济发展的主要因素。为缓解城市交通不便的问题,国家大力发展城市地铁工程。目前,盾构隧道技术已成为城市地铁区间隧道开挖的首选。但由于盾构掘进过程中对上覆土层产生扰动影响,会造成地表隆起或沉降。当盾构隧道下穿城市建筑物时,这种扰动影响使上部建筑物基础产生不均匀沉降,建筑物发生倾斜现象。因此研究盾构隧道开挖对地表的沉降影响及盾构隧道下穿建筑物时的相互影响作用具有非常重要的现实意义。论文基于沈阳市工程学院站至辽宁大学站区间盾构隧道为工程背景,针对上述问题开展了相关研究。考虑隧道与建筑物相互之间距离的变化,对隧道下穿建筑物与隧道间的相互作用影响进行数值模拟分析。首先改变了隧道与建筑物之间的偏心比,得到随着偏心比e0的增大,建筑基础沉降沿中心线从对称分布转为单向倾斜,建筑基础整体向隧道一侧倾斜,且在隧道偏心比e0=1时为最不利情况的结论。然后分析了e0=1时建筑物不均匀沉降值、倾斜率及管片内力,分析结果显示其均满足规范允许值。通过现场实测数据对地表位移特性进行总结,监测点竖向变形先增大,后减小,最后趋于稳定。监测断面大致呈现一个沉降槽形状。然后计算分析了区间盾构地层损失率,大致在1.2%左右。
[Abstract]:With the continuous concentration of population in large cities, urban traffic congestion has become the main factor restricting the development of urban economy in China. In order to alleviate the problem of urban transportation inconvenience, the state vigorously develop urban subway project. At present, shield tunneling technology has become the first choice of urban subway tunnel excavation. However, during shield tunneling, the overlying soil will be disturbed, which will result in the uplift or settlement of the surface. When the shield tunnel passes through a city building, the influence of the disturbance causes uneven settlement of the upper building foundation and the slope of the building. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of shield tunnel excavation on the surface settlement and the interaction between shield tunnel and building. Based on the engineering background of shield tunneling from Shenyang Institute of Engineering to Liaoning University, this paper studies the above problems. Considering the variation of the distance between the tunnel and the building, the interaction between the tunnel and the tunnel is numerically simulated. Firstly, the eccentricity ratio between tunnel and building is changed. With the increase of eccentricity ratio e _ 0, the settlement of building foundation changes from symmetrical distribution to one-way inclination along the center line, and the whole building foundation tilts to one side of tunnel. And the conclusion that the tunnel eccentricity ratio e _ 0 = 1 is the most unfavorable case. Then, the inhomogeneous settlement value, slope ratio and internal force of the segment are analyzed, and the results show that they all meet the allowable value of the code. Based on the field measured data, the surface displacement characteristics are summarized. The vertical deformation of the monitoring points first increases, then decreases, and finally tends to stabilize. The monitoring section approximately presents the shape of a settlement trough. Then the interval shield formation loss rate is calculated and analyzed, which is about 1.2%.
