大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控后评价指标体系及方法

【摘要】:随着国民经济的发展和交通路网的完善,大跨径连续刚构桥因其独有优势取得了迅猛发展,并将在今后的桥梁建设中占据重要地位。由于过去人们对大跨径连续刚构桥的认识不够全面,施工监控方法理论不够完善,造成早期建成的一些大跨径连续刚构桥在使用过程中先后出现了跨中下挠、梁体开裂等病害。作为大跨径连续刚构桥建设过程中的一项十分重要工作,施工监控引起了越来越多的研究人员的重视。施工监控的成败,不仅关系到桥梁施工过程中的安全,而且将影响桥梁的成桥状态、使用性能和桥梁寿命。经过二十多年的研究和实践,先后有数种连续刚构桥施工监控理论和方法诞生并被应用于不同的桥梁,但一直以来对施工监控的方法、过程和结果缺乏一个有效的后评价标准。没有一种科学的后评价方法来评价大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控方法的优劣和监控成果的好坏,在施工完成后不能及时地为业主和管理部门反馈真实地信息。为进一步提高大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控的理论水平、总结大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控的经验教训、提高大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控的质量,迫切需要对大跨径连续刚构桥的施工监控展开后评价。 本题对项目后评价理论作了简单介绍,研究了已有的大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控的理论和方法,着重对大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控后评价的理论和方法进行了探讨,认真分析了各种后评价理论和方法的优缺点、使用范围及使用条件。针对大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控,选择了可拓层次分析法作为其后评价方法。对可拓学理论作了详细介绍,建立了大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控后评价的指标体系,并运用可拓层次分析法求出了各指标的权重向量。在此基础上,引入了邓氏关联度理论,以关联度法为涉及大量数据的指标评分。 在理论研究的基础上,根据具体的大跨径连续刚构桥施工监控项目,,建立了有限元计算模型,计算了桥梁线性、应力等指标的理论值,收集了桥梁施工监控完成后的各指标的实际值,并对该桥的施工监控进行了后评价,得出了评价结论,总结了成败的经验教训。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and the improvement of traffic network, long-span continuous rigid frame bridge has made rapid development because of its unique advantages, and will play an important role in the future bridge construction. Because the understanding of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in the past is not comprehensive enough and the theory of construction monitoring method is not perfect enough, some long-span continuous rigid frame bridges that were built in the early period have been damaged successively in the process of use, such as mid-span deflection, beam body cracking and so on. As a very important work in the construction of long span continuous rigid frame bridge, more and more researchers pay attention to construction monitoring. The success or failure of construction monitoring not only relates to the safety of bridge construction, but also affects the bridge state, service performance and bridge life. After more than 20 years' research and practice, several continuous rigid frame bridge construction monitoring theories and methods have been born and applied to different bridges, but there has been a lack of an effective post-evaluation standard for construction monitoring methods, processes and results. There is no scientific post-evaluation method to evaluate the merits and demerits of long span continuous rigid frame bridge construction monitoring method and the quality of monitoring results. After the completion of construction, it can not feedback the real information for the owner and management department in time. In order to further improve the theoretical level of construction monitoring of long span continuous rigid frame bridge, the experiences and lessons of construction monitoring of long span continuous rigid frame bridge are summarized, and the quality of construction monitoring of long span continuous rigid frame bridge is improved. It is urgent to carry out post-evaluation on construction monitoring of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge. In this paper, the theory of project post-evaluation is briefly introduced, the existing theory and method of construction monitoring and control of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge are studied, and the theory and method of post-evaluation of construction monitoring of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge are emphatically discussed. The advantages and disadvantages, application scope and conditions of various post-evaluation theories and methods are carefully analyzed. According to the construction monitoring of long span continuous rigid frame bridge, the extension Analytic hierarchy process (THP) is selected as the post evaluation method. The extension theory is introduced in detail, and the index system of post-monitoring evaluation of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge is established, and the weight vector of each index is obtained by using extension AHP. On this basis, the theory of Dunn's correlation degree is introduced, and the correlation degree method is taken as the index score involving a large number of data. On the basis of theoretical research, the finite element calculation model is established according to the construction monitoring project of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, and the theoretical values of bridge linearity, stress and other indexes are calculated. The actual values of each index after the completion of the bridge construction monitoring are collected, and the post-evaluation of the bridge construction monitoring is carried out, the evaluation conclusion is obtained, and the experience and lessons of success or failure are summarized.
