预应力混凝土连续刚构桥状态评估研究

【摘要】:预应力混凝土连续刚构桥具有行车舒适、整体性好、抗震性能优越等众多优点,在我国交通网占有重要的地位。随着结构老化、车辆数量的增加、超载等因素影响,连续刚构桥出现了不同程度的病害,如跨中下挠和开裂等,其状态日益受到工程界关注。为了更好发挥预应力混凝土连续刚构桥在交通网中作用,对其状态进行评估是至关重要的。 本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,根据预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的结构特点和健康状态影响因素,基于钦江三桥的荷载试验,运用模型修正和模糊综合评估的理论,对钦江三桥进行了状态评估,做了如下工作: 1、运用ANSYS有限元软件建立了钦江三桥的三维有限元实体模型和相应的横、纵、竖三向预应力钢筋,并对其进行模态分析和灵敏度分析,确定了模型修正的设计变量、状态变量和目标函数,利用ANSYS对钦江三桥进行模型修正。 2、基于钦江三桥有限元模型,研究了温度、预应力损失、桥墩基础沉降、跨中下挠对连续刚构桥影响,这四者对连续刚构桥的内力影响比较大,对连续刚构桥自振频率影响比较小,在设计中应对这四者给予足够的重视。 3、研究了连续刚构桥状态评估等级划分标准,建立了钦江三桥连续刚构桥的状态评估模型,基于层次分析法和变权原理研究了各层指标的权重,研究了主梁、支座、桥墩、桥台和基础的指标评判标准。 4、对荷载试验的静力和动力结果进行分析,运用模糊综合评估方法对钦江三桥进行状态评估,得出钦江三桥的状态为良好,承载力满足要求,与荷载试验得出的结果一致,只需要正常保养即可,最后初步编写了钦江三桥连续刚构桥状态评估程序。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has many advantages, such as comfortable driving, good integrity, excellent seismic performance and so on. It plays an important role in the traffic network of our country. With the aging of the structure, the increase of the number of vehicles and the influence of overload and other factors, the continuous rigid frame bridge has appeared different degrees of disease, such as mid-span deflection and cracking, and its state has been paid more and more attention by the engineering circles. In order to play the role of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge in traffic network, it is very important to evaluate the state of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. On the basis of summing up the previous research results, according to the structural characteristics of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge and the influencing factors of health state, based on the load test of Qinjiang third Bridge, the theory of model modification and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used in this paper. The status of the third bridge of Qinjiang River has been evaluated and the following work has been done: 1. The 3D finite element solid model of Qinjiang third Bridge and the corresponding transverse, longitudinal and vertical prestressed bars are established by using ANSYS finite element software. The modal analysis and sensitivity analysis are carried out to determine the design variables of the model modification. State variables and objective functions are used to modify the model of Qinjiang third Bridge by ANSYS. 2. Based on the finite element model of Qinjiang No.3 Bridge, the effects of temperature, loss of prestress, settlement of pier foundation and mid-span deflection on the continuous rigid frame bridge are studied. The influence on the natural frequency of continuous rigid frame bridge is relatively small, so we should pay enough attention to them in the design. 3. The state evaluation criteria of continuous rigid frame bridge are studied, and the evaluation model of continuous rigid frame bridge is established. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and variable weight principle, the weight of each layer index is studied, and the main beam, support and pier are studied. Criteria for evaluation of abutment and foundation indicators. 4. The static and dynamic results of load test are analyzed, and the status of Qinjiang No.3 Bridge is evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It is concluded that the condition of Qinjiang No.3 Bridge is good and the bearing capacity meets the requirements, which is consistent with the result of load test. Only normal maintenance is required. Finally, the evaluation program of continuous rigid frame bridge of Qinjiang third Bridge is compiled.
