【摘要】:随着我国经济飞速发展的同时钢筋混凝土桥梁在服役过程中由于环境因素导致的混凝土老化、破损、钢筋锈蚀等问题越来越严重。如何科学合理的对桥梁的使用寿命进行评估已经成为了目前广泛研究的课题。所以对既有钢筋混凝土桥梁的可靠性评估研究不但具有深刻的理论意义,同时更具有实用经验借鉴价值。本文从既有钢筋混凝土桥梁普遍存在的混凝土碳化对桥梁结构的影响着手,对其可靠性评估方法进行分析,主要内容如下:(1)本文首先对钢筋混凝土桥梁的研究现状进行总结梳理,并综合归纳出中心点。同时针对这类桥梁的服役现状进行评述,探讨了既有混凝土桥梁所存在的诸如混凝土碳化以及钢筋锈蚀等病害对桥梁使用寿命的影响问题。通过对既有钢筋混凝土桥梁可靠性评估研究现状的综合分析,并借鉴已有研究基础和相关经验,总结了可靠性评估理论在既有桥梁混凝土碳化评估上的重要意义;(2)对导致混凝土碳化的各类因素进行了分析。对现有混凝土碳化深度计算模型的优缺点进行了简单的概述,选取不同碳化深度计算模型通过收集文献研究成果数据进行了计算对比分析;(3)在已有混凝土碳化寿命理论研究的基础上引入了混凝土碳化残量作为随机变量之一,建立了考虑混凝土桥梁碳化残量的可靠度指标功能函数,给出了可靠度指标的计算公式。(4)本文以湖南某混凝土连续梁桥为工程实例,通过对实测数据的分析和处理,验证了相同环境下不同混凝土强度与碳化深度的关系。考虑碳化残量的影响,应用可靠度计算方法对该桥的可靠性进行计算,并根据相关规范对该桥的碳化寿命进行了预测分析,提供对该类桥型的碳化寿命预测一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the problems of concrete aging, damage and steel corrosion caused by environmental factors in the service of reinforced concrete bridges are becoming more and more serious. How to evaluate the service life of bridges scientifically and reasonably has become the subject of extensive research. Therefore, the research on reliability evaluation of existing reinforced concrete bridges not only has profound theoretical significance, but also has practical experience and reference value. In this paper, the influence of concrete carbonization on the structure of existing reinforced concrete bridges is analyzed, and the reliability evaluation method is analyzed. The main contents are as follows: (1) this paper firstly summarizes the research status of reinforced concrete bridges and summarizes the central points. At the same time, the present service situation of this kind of bridges is reviewed, and the influence of existing concrete bridges such as concrete carbonization and steel corrosion on the service life of the bridges is discussed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of reliability evaluation of existing reinforced concrete bridges, and drawing lessons from the existing research foundation and relevant experience, The significance of reliability assessment theory in carbonation assessment of concrete of existing bridges is summarized. The factors leading to carbonation of concrete are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing concrete carbonation depth calculation models are briefly summarized. The different carbonation depth calculation models are selected to calculate and compare the data from the literature. The carbonation residual amount of concrete is introduced as one of the random variables on the basis of the theory of carbonation life of concrete. The function of reliability index considering carbonation residue of concrete bridge is established, and the calculation formula of reliability index is given. (4) taking a concrete continuous beam bridge in Hunan as an engineering example, this paper analyzes and deals with the measured data. The relationship between concrete strength and carbonation depth in the same environment is verified. Considering the influence of carbon residue, the reliability calculation method is applied to calculate the reliability of the bridge, and the carbonation life of the bridge is predicted and analyzed according to the relevant codes, which provides a certain reference value for the carbonation life prediction of this kind of bridge.
