多源检测数据提升养护效能研究

【摘要】:随着我国高速公路里程的不断增长、交通流量的快速增加以及公众需求的日益提高,高速公路养护规模越来越大,养护资金缺口也进一步扩大。如何解决有限的养护资金和逐渐退化的公路服务水平之间的巨大矛盾,已经成为大规模实施养护阶段亟需解决的关键问题。 科学的养护设计是经实践证明的有效提高道路养护效益、节约养护资金的重要途径之一。而合理养护设计的基础是全面、准确、可靠的检测数据,虽然我国开展了多项检测任务,但是许多宝贵的数据资料并没有得到有效的挖掘。 本文从陕西省几条高速公路的养护设计实例入手,总结养护设计流程,分析实际养护设计在养护范围确定、养护路段划分等方面存在的问题。其次,通过分析陕西省高速公路养护管理运作流程,明确现有检测数据的类型及作用,充分挖掘定期检测数据、日常巡查数据和专项检测数据所包含的信息,并从提升管理效能和服务养护设计的角度挖掘多源检测数据的关联性。最后,考虑道路有序性、最短养护路段长度、结构物等障碍的约束条件,针对路段划分提出基于10m数据单元的带有约束的有序聚类方法,并初步提出结合养护费用工程实际的最佳分类数确定方法,并依据实例验证其可行性。 本文针对多源检测数据提升养护效能的研究,旨在提高养护效益,,节约养护资金。本研究对陕西省高速公路现有养护工作和未来发展方向具有重要的现实意义,对我国其他省市也具有较好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of highway mileage, the rapid increase of traffic flow and the increasing of public demand, the scale of highway maintenance is becoming larger and larger, and the fund gap of highway maintenance is further enlarged. How to solve the huge contradiction between the limited maintenance fund and the gradually degraded highway service level has become the key problem that needs to be solved in the large-scale maintenance stage. Scientific maintenance design is one of the important ways to improve road maintenance efficiency and save maintenance funds. The reasonable maintenance design is based on comprehensive, accurate and reliable testing data. Although many testing tasks have been carried out in our country, many valuable data have not been excavated effectively. Starting with several examples of highway maintenance design in Shaanxi Province, this paper summarizes the maintenance design process and analyzes the problems existing in the actual maintenance design in determining the maintenance scope and dividing the maintenance sections. Secondly, by analyzing the operation process of highway maintenance management in Shaanxi Province, the types and functions of existing test data are clarified, and the information contained in regular inspection data, daily inspection data and special inspection data is fully excavated. And from the point of view of improving management efficiency and service maintenance design, the relevance of multi-source detection data is mined. Finally, considering the constraints of road order, shortest maintenance section length, structure and other obstacles, an ordered clustering method with constraints based on 10m data unit is proposed. The method of determining the optimal classification number combined with the actual maintenance cost engineering is put forward, and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example. The purpose of this paper is to improve the maintenance efficiency and save the maintenance funds. This study has important practical significance for the current maintenance work and future development direction of highway in Shaanxi Province, and also has good reference significance for other provinces and cities in China.
