常德市主城区慢行交通规划研究

【摘要】:随着城市的快速发展,机动车的数量越来越多,由机动车引起的交通拥挤、环境污染、能源消耗等问题日渐凸显,这和国家的可持续发展理念是相违背的;步行和自行车不仅有通勤、休闲、娱乐的功能,还具绿色环保、无污染等特点,因此为了引导城市向可持续发展方向转变,合理限制机动车的出行,规划和设计一个高品质的慢行交通系统已成为一个必要的手段,另外修建慢行交通系统是生态宜居城市创建的重要一环,在发展城市其它交通方式的同时,决对不能忽视慢行交通的重要性。本文首先阐述了论文的研究背景及国内外对慢行交通研究现状,其次以慢行相关理论为基础,对国内外城市慢行规划成功案例进行了分析,并对所选城市进行了对比研究,总结其慢行交通规划的成功经验用于实践指导,同时为了让更多的人加深对慢行交通的了解及使用慢行交通出行,针对性的提出了构建城市可持续发展的策略及慢行推广政策;然后以常德市主城区为实例,通过对常德市主城区慢行交通相关因素的实地调查,对常德市慢行交通现状进行了详细分析,并从时间、距离、出行目的、职业等各方面分析了慢行交通与市民出行的关系,与此同时说明了常德市慢行交通的发展方向,最后在对常德市慢行交通现状分析的基础上,对慢行需求分区、单元划分、慢行通道分级、横断面设计、慢行环境、停车场等与慢行系统规划相关的主要因素提出了具体的设计要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cities, the number of motor vehicles is more and more, the traffic congestion caused by motor vehicles, environmental pollution, energy consumption and other issues are increasingly prominent, which is contrary to the concept of sustainable development of the country; Walking and cycling not only have the functions of commuting, leisure and entertainment, but also have the characteristics of green environmental protection, no pollution, etc. Therefore, in order to guide the city to the direction of sustainable development, reasonable restrictions on motor vehicle travel, Planning and designing a high-quality slow-moving transportation system has become a necessary means, and the construction of a slow-moving transport system is an important part of the creation of eco-livable cities, while developing other modes of transportation in cities. The importance of slow traffic cannot be ignored. This paper first describes the research background of the paper and the current situation of research on slow transit at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the theory of slow travel, this paper analyzes the successful cases of slow transit planning at home and abroad, and makes a comparative study on the selected cities. Summing up the successful experience of slow traffic planning for practical guidance, at the same time, in order to allow more people to deepen the understanding of slow traffic and use slow traffic travel, targeted to put forward the construction of sustainable urban development strategy and slow promotion policy; Then take Changde main urban area as an example, through the field investigation to Changde main city slow traffic related factor, has carried on the detailed analysis to the Changde city slow traffic present situation, and from the time, the distance, the travel purpose, At the same time, it explains the development direction of slow traffic in Changde city. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of slow traffic in Changde city, it divides the demand of slow travel into districts and units. The main factors related to slow system planning, such as slow passage classification, cross section design, slow environment, parking lot, etc., have put forward specific design requirements.
