铁路隧道施工围岩监测信息化平台研究与实现

【摘要】:随着国家近几年不断加大对西部地区铁路投资力度,未来几年西部地区铁路建设将得到大力发展。西部地区属于多山地带且地质复杂,在铁路建设过程中隧道工程将占主体部分,在隧道施工过程中极易发生坍塌事故,如何保障隧道施工安全成为广泛关注的问题。 伴随着铁路信息化发展和监控量测技术的进步,国内各大高校、研究机构及从事隧道研究的企业相继研究开发出了能应用于铁路隧道施工监测的基于全站仪隧道施工监测系统软件。但是这些软件应用还处于单点管理、彼此间互不连通,极易形成信息孤岛现象,造成资源浪费、出现监管困难和无法保障全路隧道施工安全平稳等问题。 为解决上述出现的问题,本文提出了建设铁路隧道施工围岩监测信息化平台的思路。通过运用Web Services技术来实现平台和终端采集软件的无缝对接,完成量测数据的实时传输,并运用对称和非对称加密技术相结合方法对坐标等敏感数据进行了加密传输。本文还对平台体系结构、数据交换平台、应用功能、数据库结构、网络结构和安全等多方面内容进行了详细分析和设计。并运用J2EE平台主流架构SSH对平台进行了开发,实现了对终端采集数据存储管理、分析和统计等功能。最后本文对实现的结果进行了界面展示。
[Abstract]:With the increase of railway investment in the western region in recent years, the railway construction in the western region will be greatly developed in the next few years. The western region is a mountainous zone with complicated geology. Tunnel engineering will be the main part of railway construction. It is easy to collapse in the process of tunnel construction. How to ensure the safety of tunnel construction has become a widespread concern. With the development of railway informatization and the progress of monitoring and measurement technology, the major universities and colleges in China, Research institutions and enterprises engaged in tunnel research have developed a tunnel construction monitoring system software based on total station instrument which can be applied to railway tunnel construction monitoring. However, these software applications are still in a single point of management and are not connected with each other. It is easy to form the phenomenon of information isolated islands, resulting in waste of resources, difficulties in supervision and failure to ensure the safety and stability of the construction of the whole road tunnel, and so on. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the idea of building a railway tunnel construction surrounding rock monitoring information platform. By using Web Services technology to realize the seamless docking between the platform and the terminal acquisition software, the real-time transmission of measured data is completed, and the sensitive data such as coordinates are encrypted transmitted by the combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption techniques. In this paper, the platform architecture, data exchange platform, application function, database structure, network structure and security are analyzed and designed in detail. The platform is developed by using J2EE platform mainstream structure SSH, and functions such as data storage management, analysis and statistics are realized. Finally, the results of the implementation are presented in the interface.
