基于矿料性能的沥青混合料高温性能研究

【摘要】:随着我国公路交通事业的快速发展,沥青路面得到了广泛的应用。但随之产生的病害问题也带来很多困扰,特别是沥青混合料车辙问题,已发展成我国高等级道路路面损坏的主要形式。沥青混合料中,矿料是沥青混合料的主要组成部分,矿料性能对沥青混合料高温稳定性有着重要影响。 本文以陕西榆林至佳县高速公路沥青路面中面层AC-20C沥青混合料为背景,利用室内试验,研究了矿料振实间隙率、CBR值等矿料性能对沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响。首先,结合我国规范和贝雷法利用Matlab软件进行了级配初选;利用贝雷法三参数对其进行定量描述,并进行正交设计,选取9个级配方案进而开展矿料CBR值和振实间隙率试验,测试矿料性能,分析不同贝雷参数对矿料性能的影响,,结果表明CA比对矿料CBR值影响显著。 依据正交试验分析,挑选矿料性能差异明显的3个矿料级配进行沥青混合料配合比设计。试验表明,3个级配方案对应沥青混合料的相关指标均满足规范要求。将3级配方案的矿料性能与其相应沥青混合料车辙试验、动态模量试验进行对比分析。结果显示,矿料性能与沥青混合料动稳定值、动态模量、沥青混合料车辙因子|E*|/sinφ有着良好的相关性。矿料的性能在一定程度上能够描述沥青混合料的高温稳定性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway transportation in China, asphalt pavement has been widely used. However, the resulting disease problems also bring a lot of trouble, especially the rutting problem of asphalt mixture, which has developed into the main form of high grade road pavement damage in China. Mineral aggregate is the main component of asphalt mixture, and its performance has an important effect on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture. Based on the AC-20C asphalt mixture of asphalt pavement of Yulin to Jiaxian expressway in Shaanxi province, the influence of mineral aggregate properties such as the ratio of compactness and CBR on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture is studied by laboratory test. First of all, combined with the code of our country and the Bayley method, the gradation primary selection is carried out by using Matlab software, and the quantitative description is carried out by using the three parameters of the Bayley method, and the orthogonal design is carried out, and then 9 gradation schemes are selected to carry out the CBR value and the test of the vibrating gap rate. The effect of different parameters of Bailey on the properties of ore was tested and the results showed that the CBR value of ore was significantly affected by CA ratio. According to the orthogonal test analysis, three gradation of mineral aggregate with obvious difference in performance were selected to design the mix ratio of asphalt mixture. The test results show that the corresponding indexes of the three gradation schemes meet the requirements of the specifications. The performance of the three gradation scheme is compared with the rutting test and dynamic modulus test of the corresponding asphalt mixture. The results show that there is a good correlation between the aggregate performance and the dynamic stability, dynamic modulus and rutting factor of asphalt mixture. The performance of mineral aggregate can describe the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture to some extent.
