碾压混凝土用连续式搅拌站改进

【摘要】:碾压混凝土(Roller Compacted Concrete,简称RCC)是一种干硬性混凝土,广泛应用于水利工程等领域。近些年研究发现,碾压混凝土是公路建设中非常理想的路面基层材料,将成为高等级公路修筑的主要原材料之一。搅拌站是生产各类混合料的大型设备。混合料的质量由级配和搅拌质量决定,而级配的准确性由搅拌站的计量装置决定,搅拌质量的好坏由搅拌机性能决定。碾压混凝土的性质特殊,在未凝固前性质与其他混凝土差异很大,但是国内仍采用通用的搅拌设备生产,产生了一系列问题,迫切需要对这种特殊的混凝土用的搅拌设备进行研究与改进。 本文通过对碾压混凝土特性的研究,分析了现有搅拌设备的不足之处,,采用自落式搅拌主机或者间歇式强制搅拌机存在生产速度不能满足施工要求,计量方法落后、计量装置抗干扰差等问题。从一般搅拌机设计和现有搅拌设备、计量装置分析入手,提出针对搅拌干硬性混凝土的搅拌主机设计方法,提出了利用振动技术、无轴搅拌技术等对搅拌装置改进的设想,采用新的计量装置对计量装置进行改进。搅拌站采用单级搅拌站形式,搅拌装置采用改进的连续式双卧轴强制搅拌机,计量装置采用国际先进的减量法计量,水泥减量法秤与独立骨料减量称。对于搅拌碾压混凝土抱轴等问题,也提出解决方案。 搅拌主机改进通过改变几种叶片组合形式、增加振动技术来提高搅拌质量,缩短搅拌缸长度,避免制造难题。对抱轴问题采用无轴式搅拌机、利用振动技术和材料技术解决。计量装置不再采用“计量料重”、“计量料流量”的传统方法,改为计量料减少量的减重法;计量装置的结构改变,避免了计量滞后,提高抗干扰性。
[Abstract]:Roller Compact concrete (RCC) is a kind of dry-hard concrete, which is widely used in hydraulic engineering and other fields. In recent years, it is found that roller compacted concrete (RCC) is an ideal pavement base material in highway construction, and will become one of the main raw materials for highway construction. Mixing station is a large-scale equipment for producing all kinds of mixtures. The quality of mixture is determined by grading and mixing quality, and the accuracy of gradation is determined by the measuring device of mixing station, and the quality of mixing is determined by the performance of mixer. Roller compacted concrete (RCC) has special properties, which are very different from other concrete before solidification, but it is still produced by general mixing equipment in our country, which has caused a series of problems. There is an urgent need for research and improvement of this special mixing equipment for concrete. Based on the study of the characteristics of roller compacted concrete (RCC), the shortcomings of existing mixing equipment are analyzed in this paper. The production speed can not meet the requirements of construction and the metering method is backward by adopting self-dropping mixing machine or intermittent forced mixer. Measurement device anti-interference and other problems. Based on the analysis of general mixer design and existing mixing equipment and metering device, this paper puts forward the design method of mixing machine for mixing dry and hard concrete, and puts forward the idea of improving the mixing device by using vibration technology and shaftless mixing technology, etc. The new metering device is adopted to improve the metering device. The mixing station adopts the form of a single stage mixing station, the mixer adopts an improved continuous double horizontal shaft forced mixer, the metering device adopts the international advanced reduction method, the cement decrement scale and the independent aggregate weight reduction scale. For agitating roller compacted concrete and other problems, also put forward solutions. By changing several kinds of blade combinations and increasing vibration technology, the mixing machine can improve the mixing quality, shorten the length of the mixing cylinder, and avoid making problems. The shafting problem is solved by vibration technology and material technology. The traditional method of "metering material weight" and "metering material flow" is no longer used in the metering device, which is replaced by the weight-reducing method of metering material, and the structure of metering device is changed to avoid the metering lag and to improve the anti-interference ability.
