陕西省高速公路改扩建技术研究与应用

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,公路的交通量增长迅速,导致了许多已建成的高速公路已经难以适应不断增长的交通量和社会快速发展的需求,因此亟需通过高速公路改扩建来提高通行能力。本文以西潼高速公路改扩建工程为工程背景,对陕西省高速公路改扩建路基沉降特点及处治措施、路面拼接技术和交通安全组织等方面进行研究,为解决类似的工程问题提供参考。主要研究内容如下: (1)调查分析国内外高速公路改扩建现状,结合陕西高速公路改扩建动态总结改扩建研究中存在的问题以及重点难点; (2)调查西潼高速公路高扩建工程的沿线地质情况,归类分析不良地质现象,并对不良地质路段进行了详细划分,对陕西省湿陷性黄土地区高速公路路基基底处理要点及原地面处理技术进行详细分析; (3)通过对西潼改扩建项目路基拼接施工中湿陷性黄土地基沉降特性及采取的不同的施工工艺进行研究,分析拓宽路基差异沉降机理,提出针对西潼高速公路路基差异沉降控制技术; (4)调查分析目前高速公路改扩建道路构造物拓宽方式,结合西潼高速公路改扩建桩基础施工技术要求,重点分析桩基础沉降原因和影响沉降量因素,在施工过程中对拼接施工的各道工序严格控制; (5)通过对西潼高速公路路面病害、强度等进行分析,,结合路面拓宽项目实际情况,对黄土地区高速公路路面拼接前老路面的稳定性进行分析总结,提出了泡沫沥青再生路面施工工艺,根据弯沉实测值、设计高程和原路面的高差不同,确定不同的加铺路面类型; (6)阐述高速公路改扩建时交通组织原则,通过分析现有改扩建方式与交通组织方式,结合西潼高速工程实践,提出西潼高速公路改扩建方式及交通组织方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid growth of highway traffic, it has been difficult to adapt to the increasing traffic volume and the rapid development of society. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the capacity through highway reconstruction and extension. Based on the engineering background of the reconstruction and extension project of Xitong Expressway in this paper, the characteristics of roadbed settlement and treatment measures, pavement splicing technology and traffic safety organization of highway reconstruction and extension in Shaanxi Province are studied. It provides reference for solving similar engineering problems. The main research contents are as follows: (1) investigation and analysis of the current situation of highway reconstruction and extension at home and abroad, combined with Shaanxi expressway reconstruction and extension dynamic summary of the existing problems and key difficulties; (2) investigating the geological conditions along the high extension project of Xitong Expressway, classifying and analyzing the bad geological phenomena, and classifying the bad geological sections in detail. The main points of subgrade foundation treatment and the original ground treatment technology in collapsible loess area of Shaanxi Province are analyzed in detail. (3) by studying the settlement characteristics and different construction techniques of collapsible loess foundation in subgrade splicing construction of Xitong reconstruction and extension project, the mechanism of widening subgrade differential settlement is analyzed. Aiming at the control technology of differential settlement of subgrade of Xitong Expressway, (4) investigating and analyzing the widening way of highway reconstruction and extension at present, combining with the technical requirements of pile foundation construction of Xitong Expressway reconstruction and extension. The reasons of pile foundation settlement and the factors affecting settlement amount are analyzed in detail. During the process of construction, every procedure of jointing construction is strictly controlled. (5) through the analysis of pavement disease and strength of Xitong Expressway, Combined with the actual situation of pavement widening project, the stability of old pavement before road surface splicing in loess area is analyzed and summarized, and the construction technology of foam asphalt recycled pavement is put forward, according to the measured value of deflection, Different height difference between the design height and the original pavement, determine the different types of overlay pavement; (6) expound the traffic organization principle of highway reconstruction and extension, through the analysis of the existing reconstruction and expansion mode and traffic organization mode, Combined with the practice of Xitong high-speed project, the reconstruction and extension mode and traffic organization scheme of Xitong Expressway are put forward.
